Some other observations:
As mentioned earlier, you don't really need to have the Base Extender --> T Connector --> Perm 132 combination. The perms can be put directly in the robot just like the way you have them without using the extender work. It'll save you weight at the very least.
Also, you should look into more powerful weapons. 4 Sawblades will fall off easily if you face some of the more powerful opponents in DSL 2.1 (the original Grog, The Resurrection for example).
Your robot is also extremely overpowered for what it is. All you need for each motor is about 1 Ant battery (for a bare minimum of 4 in the robot).
There are other things that can be mentioned, but I'll leave that to someone who has a better knowledge of RA2 than I do.

Also, you need to change up your armor. Double Strength Alumnium (or DSA) is inferior to even 1 mm Plastic. I forget the correct digits right now, but I believe that 1 mm Plastic is ~7x stronger than DSA and weighs less than it as well.

For wily_stage, tetris, dizzy, allyourbase and greatest warrior just put unknown because I honestly have no idea.
wily_stage is most likely something from the Mega Man series. Tetris' main theme is Korobeiniki, which was remastered by Hirokazu Tanaka for the official NES game in '89. Dizzy is likely from the game series Dizzy, though I couldn't pinpoint the song itself to a series. All Your Base (the song) can be traced to Bad_CRC, who created the song in 2001 on Newgrounds. However, it may be one of the remixes out there. Greatest Warrior... I'm not sure on at all. Could be from the TV series or the video game of the same name, or it could even be a song from a fighting game.

1 BSG requires at least 2 ants i would stick to 6 ants. making the chassis smaller might also help to get more weight.
side note: this is not his actual first bot, he's been getting tips from me from the start. this is just the first proper bot, and he finally got to showcasing.
I remember Tim here entering in BBEANS 6 with Kill Box.

Correct. Much like the computer controlled opponents that you face in the standalone version of RA2, your robot will be given an AI dependent on what type of robot it is.

Here's an interesting stat for ya: The winner of Infection 4 vs. Death of Angels 2 will be the new #1 overall seed in the BBEANS standings.
If Sage wins, he becomes 1st and Pwnator falls back to 4th (behind Sage, MikeNCR, and R0B0SH4RK).
If Pwnator wins, he becomes 1st and Sage falls back to 2nd.

I just want something cheap, small, and something good for gaming and Graphics processing.

Good point, let me rephrase that.
Inexpensive laptops are bad for modern gaming. Just about anything thats less than $600 (without upgrades) just won't cut it.
Even then, it could be a bit dodgy. Most modern games aren't really meant to be played on laptops because everything is less powerful than it is on a normal desktop. But, yes, inplabth is right. We would like to know a price range and what you are going to use the computer for.

You can never be sure. For instance, I got trounced by Blood Orange in the DSL Tournament Arena (it's in NAR AI v2.3 in the NOM team) prior to the match. When I seen that I won, I was shocked. It could happen yet again.

RP2 vs Missile Test video isn't working.
Same here. Video shows for a few seconds, sound cuts off, then video cuts off.
