Smashy will probably win, unless Garvin makes something thats not C.A.T or D.O.G skill level.

EDIT: 400 posts :P.

Don't be so sure, I've actually created a decent bot this time and I've already sent it to TRIAS so I'm just waiting on Garv now

EDIT: HUNDRETH POST OMG OMG OMG :D

I have been thinking about making a pair of robots from cardboard, a pair of flipper, little more than the size of an xbox cotroller, if possible. I was wondering what the cost would be, what tools I would need and where to get the parts. Not for any competition, just to mess around with. Like a cheap version of AntyB, if you have ever seen that, but a more generic flipper design.

Anty B? That's my favourite fleaweight :D

I know I'm in no way to talk (hardly experienced) but I have to agree with J; that skin is awesome for Stock  :claping

Still building mine but whenever I make a good one it's not realistic!  :rage

Still trying though

Right.

And another thing; is Tempest considered to be realistic? Because I'm pitting my bot against him and I want to know if my bot's effective against a realistic or overpowered bot.

Don't overload razors, got it.

Anyway, built a robot call Typhoon Mir (a play on words of Tornado Mer). BUT I CANT BEAT LOCK NUT!!!! What do I do?

I know I'll receive criticism; if I can't beat Lock Nut, something's wrong.

I can host BTW.

That sounds like a plan! Yes, please!

Now I just have to make my bot...

Oh and I've had a talk with Garvin. The challenge is MW.

Not if I only gain 1 kg, I can't do anything with it. In fact, a larger chassis has more HP, so if I can't gain enough for another castor, then it actually makes the bot worse.
Fair point, but there is definitely room for improvement, it is far from the best MW HS around

Not everyone can be the best, Vertigo. And how much experience have the best had compared to TRB?

Razorz increase the amount of "piercing" damage the weapons placed on them do, and, as razorz have such high piercing values, razorz are the best choice to put on flails.

If your building for Blades of Fury, don't use flails. If your not, razors are most commonly used.

Thanks, guys. Razors it is.

Flail shell spinner, guys. What weapon to place on the axle mounts and why?

Thanks in advance.

He's talking about the black and red extenders which can be mounted to the base.

Ok, thanks

Mount the plough on the side of a extra-small multi extender (which you has no chassis collision mesh and as a result you can mount it so a bit of the extender is poking outside the chassis), saving weight.

Being a newbie, I have no idea what you're talking about.

Cheers Ash,

Slightly improved.

Carbon fibre extenders both adding up to 220cm. Heavy snowplow in front of bot, not too far out that the hammer doesn't hit, but provides protection.
