2 blacks
6 razors EF'd on to the DDT's
DSA

I don't know what to do with the remaining weight and I'm not sure how I got the blacks like that and intersecting the Z-teks.

I dont beleive anyone would have a peice of metal on a door hinge in front of their bot in real life.

(I'm not trying to start a fight here)

Your right typically piano hinges are used. But in all seriousness even my bot technically has a hinged wedge. (the lifter can be lowered below the bots wheels to touch the ground) I personally don't have a problem with skirt hinges but I don't like how the wedges are longer than the bot on most DSL bots so maybe you could say only 80cm and below for wedge length.

I planned for 4 ants and ran out of weight. Shrinking the chasis might get me all of 1kg at best I think. Right now I am too lazy to rebuild. I might if I ever enter it in a tourney.

Hey ACAMS your server is getting stressed again. You might want to invest in a stress ball or something to relax it.

I get this message when I click on "Show New Replies to Your Posts"

General SNS rules: smallest possible chasis, fast drive (NPC Fast or E-tek with technos), durable weapons (hammers), make sure you have enough battery power

Hmm no one had anything to say about the HS with overkill drive.

I felt left out of the cube flipper club. Can I join now?

Generally, hinges are only used on side skirts, for example on Panic Attack. I'm not sure I've ever actually seen a combat robot with a hinged frontal wedge, they normally have zero ground clearance.

Original Sin, SJ, Pinball and the 2010 Sewer Snake have hinged wedges. So hinged wedges are realistic.

Pics in spoiler

Is this the right style of building you want or not?

Remove the hinge wedges and its great.

Not trying to be contradictory but the wedges on the front also act as stabilizers when it flips maybe I could switch them to a 80cm size so the bot can still flip and not flip its self.

I'm sorry but if he didn't specify how you should AI his bot, why does he get a rematch?
What's to stop people just saying things like "It spun wrong" so they get a second chance?

When I sent Super Spin Cycle I was under the assumption that Badnik would AI it so it would lead with the disks when it spun and that he wouldn't give it Melty Brain AI. I think that a unidirectional weaponed SNS spinning the wrong way is as bad as a popup driving in reverse the whole match.

Sorry I meant one of these and have it parallel to the weapon giving a longer forward stance to prevent flipping.

If you mount everything off a flipper maker like this

and use a 120 CM skirt you might be able to correct the stability problem.

My bot KO's Enigma in NAR AI in under 1 minute average so I would like a re-match.  If you do a re-match I would like it to run with out Melty Brain AI.

Yes it was spinning the wrong way. The disks were angled like that to kill wedges. I think it was my fault for not specifying the direction I wanted it to spin.

3 ants
NPC
Perm 132
Ti 3

Starting the burst motors lower helped the damage problem. Now it hits average 400-900.
