Vauxhall is British, Opel is European, Holden is Australian.

UK is part of Europe..

Monaro's never were branded by Opel, so my statement remains true

And obviously Holden is Australian, not sure why your telling me this :P

Please don't hurt me... D:

I wont.. I just found out the E-Series HSV was rebranded by Vauxhall so you were on the right track

Dont really know how you can have a Holden Special Vehicle edition Vauxhall.. crazy Brits :P

We're crazy? You Auzzies (in general) aren't too tightly wrapped either!

Ha ha, yeah. The Holden/Vauxhall Monaro started the trend IMO :D

As a Holden lover I have to resist to urge to hit you :P

Its a Holden HSV GTS (it even says it on the front) These didnt make it to UK in production numbers as with all HSV Vehicles

Nah, it was Holden. We just shipped it over to america and they put a vauxhall badge on it :P

Sir I am disappoint,

They went to europe as Vauxhalls, US got Holden models as Pontiac or Chev's :P

Please don't hurt me... D:

you would want to do the second option

in the AI folder there is a file called "Bindings.py" open it in notepad to edit it..

Just finished. Joe, you are a lifesaver. Thank you very much.

Last time I ran into a problem like that it turned out I didn't have the correct smartzone pack installed.  So it was borking out because my RA2 didn't have the correct components.

Much appreciated, I was wondering as well. Thanks, Jack

DP

Quote
3) When done (and this is a shortcut) In the Bot Lab name your bot the exact same name as the bot you are wanting to replace for AI testing. Doing this will let you test your bot as an AI without getting deep into writing your own AI for now.

3 alternate) The other choice would be to keep your bot name and edit the Bindings.py file (make a backup first). Copy and paste the AI line you are wanting to use to a blank line in the Bindings.py file. Then change the name of the bot listed in the new AI line to the exact same name as your bot.

Now I'm confused :S

Buick did use it for a couple of years, I have seen them. They were so tiny and underpowered that they didn't make the grade as Buick motors of the day were 401, and 425 CID and Buick was a Luxury/Sport crossbreed.

Fair enough. In Britain we care more about going 'round a corner rather than having a big block engine, though.

Then Australia came and took the best of both worlds :P

even though I didn't truly make the first I can't help but think I started the trend... J calls them Cheese-bots instead of something else (Cheese was the name of my shallow-wedge popup) so yay for starting trends ^_^

lolno

Sage started it with n00bot.

but did everyone and their brother clone noobot? no. It started when J cloned Cheese.

Does it really matter? Just asking.

AAAAARRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGHHHHH MY EEEEEEEEYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSS

C'mon! At least even out the razors!

I agree with Pwn; that actually hurts my eyes D:

And razors facing inwards is a VERY bad idea.

Razors on the inside are pointless.

Meh, you beat me to it by a matter of seconds.

I've been searching everywhere but I can't find a definitive AI-ing guide that I can understand. And having to rely on everyone else Ai-ing my bots just plain sucks. Anyone know where I can one?

Thanks in advance.

Yeah, finally! :D

BTW can you AI for me? :)

I like Steel Avenger. I just thought it was cool. =) Better than Dominator II.

Agreed, the team was epic. Although it was funny as heck when storm II OOTA'd Steel Avenger just but ramming it into a wall  :gawe:

Typical Americans, no disrespect, but you always have to do something bigger and better and burn about 100000 gallons of petrol doing it.... I (and IRW) are perfectly content with our 3.5 litre V8's, they're all we need.

Rover is the name of a car company that gave us the best sounding V8 engine in the world.

If you were talking about this, it's actually a Buick engine.

Yes Noodle, you're right. As far as I know Buick developed it and then didn't like it so threw it into the trash can. Then a guy called Bruce McWilliams (head of Rover in the USA) bought the rights from GM to use it in their Rovers.
