Want my "carefree" wheels for that?

https://gametechmods.com/uploads/files/SKBT Carefree Wheel.zip

Just extract and place in the components folder. Merge it with the taz folder.

Your boxbots did not fight at a battlebots sanctioned tourney so they don't qualify to be in this AI pack if you want to make a boxbot AI pack I think that might be fun.

You will need to set the miniwheel TXT file values in the Colson if you want that to be legal and because of lazyness right now it overides the NAR AI grey mini wheel. :P Also I inclueded the Drill Motor.

https://gametechmods.com/uploads/files/SKBT BBAI components 0.1.rar

Edit: the drill motor uses the Redbird Preview image and the colson wheel uses a blank spot.

Re-skinned mini wheel. I don't have 3d studio max 5 so I can only re-skin and do basic stuff.

Best Bot - Recycled Plastic (It won so it should by defult be the best bot)
SFTW Entry - Trialbot 2.1 (I could find any entries that were SFTW's)
Unluckiest Bot - LoRoad (Should have done better, would have done better against different bots)
Best Match - Heat C Finals (Ressetti got lucky with and barely hung on to win)
Most Creative Bot - Wheels are Tasty 1.5 (Just looks cool)
Luckiest Bot - BADGERS (Got destroyed by Marty and still won)

Now that I think of it I should have named my bot Underbite because of how the razors look. :P

You might want to run you website through a spell checker before you plublish it. Other than that decent website. (better than mine)

Discussion / Re: Your UI?
« on: August 11, 2010, 08:54:42 PM »
Tried that in the BBAI pack UI didn't work because of screen resolution differences (RA2 streaches the background to fit the screen size) and it uses the same BMP for all areas of the botlab so it doesn't look good. Trov has a bot height ruler download in his sig though.

1. Infogames\Robot_Arena-2 DSL-TC\Robot Arena 2\UI\common
2. find botlab_background
3. create a backup of the original
4. edit the original and save it as a BMP. file
5. hope RA2 likes it and doesn't do anything weird with it and enjoy

Sorry about going off topic.

I went back to the standard DSL UI in NAR AI because I don't particulary like the NAR AI UI.

Try changing the skirt hindge values from 0 to something like 10 and then wire a control and move them in the botlab like you would do with a servo.

Sparkey use a BSG (same power and no pnuematic sound) drop the armor (to make it a middleweight) and add MCB wedge's (so it can get under stuff)

If you have Windows 7 you need to download "Windows Live Essentials" from Microsoft.
