another quick way is to press the "prtscrn" button on your keyboard... go to MS Paint or your favorite photo editor program and go to the edit dropdown menu and select Paste.

Thanks for the honest assessment of my bot... your analysis propels me to work harder to be a better builder.

I Guess I should have tested it a bit more... Live and Learn Baby!

I am in favor of starting the tourney with 8.  Honestly, I think there are some holdouts because they are not sure if MV is capable enough to pull off an entire tourney. Too many people have announced tourneys and dropped the ball.  This is your time to shine MV, and prove to everyone that you can host a good tourney.  We have faith in you, but make whatever call you want man.

Ok, I am on it!  Will take care of that soon.

Edit: Ah man! my bindings file is not working correctly... For some odd reason I cant seem to get the weapon motor to spin. Not sure what i screwed up... this might take me a bit.

Edit 2:  Ok figured it out... sent binding parameters line to you.

Just sent my bot as well... Another wacky Stock Enemy Bot redo.

Omni.py will work fine for it.  No need for special AI.

Good luck to everyone!

No no i mean skins on components dont work on my game, for somereason it makes a code appear where the graphics are but any normal tecture and decal paintjob works fine.

I will ask this again... Metalik... does botlab paint also crash your game? I accidentally made my chassis a color and you said that skins crash your game.  If you answer I can move forward.

"Be not fond of that dull Blueish Yellow light form the human world. That is the path of thing accumulated propensities of violent egotism come to revive thee. If thou art attracted by it, thou wilt be born in the human world and have to suffer birth, age, sickness, and death; and thou wilt have no chance of getting out of the quagmire of worldly existence. That is an interruption to obstruct thy path to liberation. Therefore, look not upon it and abandon egotism, abandon propensities, be not attracted towards it; be not weak."  -The Bardo Thodol

Live life to your fullest. Your body is a gift, use it and care for it. The reward of the afterlife may be given to those that make the best of their worldly existence. Be peaceful, love others, love yourself. Build and create to your hearts content for no-ones benefit but yourself and those you love.

I am not religious in any specific degree... but i read alot. Recently i read the Tibetan Book of the dead (the bardo thodol) and it was terrific.

Naryar VS Oggie- Oggie's got decent defenses... and a much smaller chassis. I give his bot the edge in this match.
Winner: Oggie

S32 VS SSG- Wedges against extra weapons.  I think the wedge will be the decisive factor.
Winner: S32

R0B0SH4RK VS Craaaig- I'm sorry robo... as awesome as i think your bot is... I think Craaaig made his just narrow enough to sneak in between your wedges.
Winner: Craaaig

Whammet VS MikeNCR- Irons ftw
Winner: MikeNCR

Me (actually... not me... Scrap Daddy... I totally plagarized his comment because I didn't want to type everything out..) VS ManManu- Remember the scene in Return of the Jedi where Boba Fett crashes and lands right in the mouth of that hungry, ground dwelling, sand creature thing? Yeah... that's this match pretty much.
Winner:Scrap Daddy

4057 VS Somebody- pretty equal bots here... its a toss up. I give the edge to the double wedge.
Winner: Somebody

Sage VS JoeBlo- Call me crazy, but i think the irons are gonna tear off Sage's razors quick.  This is totally a dark horse pick for me, but it is my gut feeling.
Winner: JoeBlo

RIBBS VS Jack Daniels- Ribbs was probably smart and mounted his wedge on a solid mount... mine is mounted to a snapper. I have watched my bot in action and the wedge is far from superior.
Winner: RIBBS

Wrote this one a loooong time ago:

"The Prophecy of Spam"

"Oh Heaven Behold!"
As I rose to my feet.
The gods above had blessed me
With a processed can of meat.

It appeared just before me
with a shimmer and a flash
perfect timing while i was praying
and my satchel empty of cash

How magnificent the shape is
Glittering aluminum with words bright
on the back reads "contents"
written of synthetic additives delight

I placed my book away
and reached for the can
its magnificent shape mesmerizing
as a true gift to man.

There was a time long ago
when many worshipped prime rib, steak or lamb
But now we follow a common good.
The prophecy of Spam.

Wow, that looks awesome. So that is what you meant by "people think they need high spinning weapons on a FS".  I never tried a design like that... so I trust since you built it and submitted it, the bot must be pretty decent.  I'm surprised you didn't go for the finishing touch and protect the extender with a blade somehow. :P

well i went to the docs again and i have high blood pressure 140ish or something and should be around 120 so i'm changing my whole lifestyle by eating better and exercising. tried lot's of food i haven't eaten in ages or ever.

i should avoid stress so TTC2 will be a little while away till i am healthy (could take 2-3 months).

Here are some suggestions for decent food:

Sushi:  If you have not tried it, you must give it a shot. Most people are too afraid because they "think" it will taste bad, but it really is very good. Honestly, it is my most favorite food ever.

Tofu:  A block of firm tofu can be easily pan fried and chopped up for salads or with other foods.  It taste kinda like eggs and is good for you.

Soy Milk:  Tastes pretty good, and it does not expire very fast. So you can keep it in your fridge for a lot longer than regular milk.

Chicken: Get in the habit of grilled chicken for everything... If you end up in a fast food place, grilled chicken is usually going to be the best option to resort to if you want to eat healthy in a fast food place.  (bonus points if you just opt for a salad... a grilled chicken salad usually will please most people quite well.)

Here are some suggestions to reduce stress:

Quit caring: Too many people get all wound up over things that really they have little control over.  Somebody cut you off on the highway? Who cares... You co-worker being a jerk at work? Who cares... Favorite sports team lost? Who cares... Got your bot kicked in BBEANS? Who cares...  Learn to be more carefree and philosophical.  Take time to study philosophy or examine and study the thought trains of our human minds.

If you are in a relationship: Make it more meaningful. Turn your girlfriend into your best friend.  Bond and open up about everything.  Life is too short to hold back on any feelings or thoughts, let loose and make your relationship fulfilling so that stress is eradicated from it. A stress-less relationship can be the foundation for a stress-less life.  If there are stresses in your relationship, fix them... don't leave anything broken. Sure, it will be stressful to fix them... but the ultimate reward is grand.

If you are single: Stay that way... Don't get into a relationship until you got your own sh** sorted out.  Make lots of female friends and enjoy their company.

Take Walks: Grab something from your house (book, ipod, pad & paper, etc etc) and just go for a walk.  Don't have a destination, just aim for a distance and go for a walk.  Absorb your surroundings and find peace in the simple things that you encounter.

Sort out your life: Are there things in your life that are stessing you out? Fix them. If they are unfixable, ignore them to the best of your ability.  If you go forward in life focused on fixing any problem or stess that you encounter, you will build confidence in yourself that you have control.  Being in control will result in less stress. If there are things that are out of your control, fine... but focus on the reality of them being out of your control and move on with your life. No anchors or strings... human beings are not puppets.

Hope this helps and get well soon!

Man, it was a tough call with my bot... I wanted a wedge and 8 irons, but could not pull it off within the time limit.  Once I finally got a stable enough design, I ended up with a FS sporting 8 razors, a wedge, and side shields/guides to boot... It is still not as effective as I wanted.  I have a feeling that Ribbs will probably have something better for our match.
