No, Not any more. They just do it after they are stopped for no reason or are hit, but not everytime... You currently are in the safe.

I followed this game for 6 years. Here it is summed up: sh**.
The game is too cute, the whole point was given a helping of 4 year old, You have to rebuy it after you install it 5 times... The list goes on and on. Here's a comparison of 1 year of DOWNGRADING from a decent game to a Cartoon maker. (The 05 vids are actually 06. 1 year.) http://www.product-reviews.net/2007/07/23/comparison-of-spore-e3-2007-to-2005-two-years-of-improvement/ Old game New game I almost bought it until the added the Creepy and cute pack. Cute? The game is already ****ING CUTE! **** YOU EA, **** YOU TO HELL! 2825

Quote from: Clickbeetle;35319 When popups first came onto the RA2 scene, there was a similar backlash against them for much of the same reasons used against Bumble Bee. It was seen as cheap and unfair to get under the other bot and hit their unprotected bottoms. And now look, popups are basically a staple design of RA2, and they're also beatable. In short: It's a by-product of a half-assed attempt at making a game.
Emergancy and Catfish have it. 2832

Could you also try Upside down versions of both wedges, but not done in a fail so spectacular like click did? (AKA: Make the wedge Vertical)

Predictions:
Criaag: Dual Wedged VS. Not sure of weapon motor but it seems nice. Doomaster: I like thie LOOK of that bot, but the attacking power is somthing to be desired. Doomkiller: Only poker here, too bad it sucks. Hazmat: Bursted drive, Decent looking wedge. Unfortunetly quite a few bots will probably get under it with longer wedges. HA: I love the look of it. That's all. Greenbot: SFTW. Plain and simple. Inf: Best HS there, will go far. Jack: I remember seeing this. Great bot. Joe: Possible winner. Nuff said. LRA: Bad, but not the worst. MM: Crawler with frontal armour? As much as it sucks I kinda like the name. MM, Whay are they always so long? Nary: Nother popup, possible winner. Watch out everyone! Natef: From worst to decent. You have gotten good, young padawan. Pyscolone: Going to go far. I like it. R0B0: HS, better than fury, but may have problems with the popups... R18: Love that chassis. Redline: ...Mommy... Reier: ...Daddy... RoboQ: Another popup. Mediocre. Russian: Sengir remake? Well, this tournnament has pretty original designs... Scrap: HS killing HS... What about the popup army? Somebody: Plenty of ! hit KO's will be made here... SSG: REVENGE TIME! Starcore: Nice, too bad we've had plenty of time to beat it. Me: Those popups with wide ranges are more deadly than the last... taka: FAIL. Ounce: 'nother popup. Urjak: I like this bot. It looks very odd. Bonus points for awesome self righter. weirdo: Decent HS. will do well. Wham: Better FS han last time. 40757: The only popup I'm scared of... Our battle will be epic. 2835

Existing Games / What games would you call "legendary"« on: August 08, 2009, 05:31:51 PM »
Hmm, looking back, I'll have to change my stance on "legendery" games.
1) Mario. Forerunnes of all platformers from Ratchet and clank to Cave story, Mario is a game that is truly Legendary. No game could beat such a popular title. Too bad Nintendo had to ruin it with so many sh**ty remakes. 2) Doom. One of the first and most epic FPS's ever, Doom is as godly as any other old game. My word, I loved it. 3) Contra. Soo hard! I love it! And notable mentions include: Half Life. Quake. Starfox. 2840
