Here's the AI I used:

The spinning might be due to the wheels not being central or not being perfectly aligned. Or maybe thr throttle is too high... but I would have thought higher would be better for a rammer that's very front weapon heavy like yours. I've had the same problem with some of my rammers if they're packing too much power...
Could you turn the turnspeed down please? It seems to be oversteering. Thanks!
