Playables Limited's defence counsel argued that the R4 was legal as it allowed the use of homebrew applications. However, circumnavigating Nintendo's (or any other manufacturer's) security systems is against the law in this country, and because the card needs to do so to work, it is therefore illegal. There is nothing illegal about a R4. Nintendo can't possibly copyright or fight a device in court that is able to communicate with it's device, especially not when the device in question has free connections to the outside specifically for this communication.
Downloading Nintendo's work (read: games in binary format) is not illegal in my country (The Netherlands), but sharing it is.
Therefor, at least in my country there is nothing illegal about downloading games to a R4 in my country. Downloading games in the USA is probably illegal (not sure, consult a lawyer), but still, a R4 can not (or at least should not) be illegal. The government may not assume you are using the device to use illegally acquired content, just like it may not assume you'll use a car for smuggling drugs.
About the Netherlands part, here it's legal to download copyrighted stuff from the internet but not to share it. This means that p2p is illegal, but direct download is not. Weird stuff huh? But not that anyone cares about this law.

I was thinking of spending that last 4 kgs on the plows. Either by moving the sideplows more to side giving more grinding space, or by moving the top plows higher.

Alright here we go, first official splash! Lacerate 796.0kg (4 kilo underweight, see below) DSA 2 blacks 4WD HP-Ztek Shinies 4 Snowplows 120cm green snapper wedges 16 Razors  I still have 4 kilos EXACTLY (yes I tried) left, so I can put one extender somewhere on both sides. Where should I put it? Longer wedges? Wider side plows? Higher trapping plows?

Alright. It's going to be very hard to make it drive straight though, but I'll try my best.
EDIT: Little update: With some extenders stacked in some HP-Zteks I, got the chassis down to 68.0kg!

The only reason I can think of snapper loading the drivetrain is saving weight by reducing the chassis.

Well, yeah, it's very good. I think I'll have to seriously rethink my design, it has two snowplows ontop which is pretty unnessary. You said green snappers have the best wedges right? Maybe you should swap those DDT's for snappers, get longer wedges and possibly use rubbers. P.S.: Please make a different splash next time, it hurts my eyes  @That Robot Is a Spy: No such thing as a trapping FS without some very gimmicky servo work.
