I really hope neither Carbide nor Erruption win this. Carbide is a solid bot but the HS winning thing gets boring now. Also it gets boring if the previous runners up wins the season. I was still rooting for Erruption over Carbide. but meh.
Big Nipper must have been the biggest supprise this series. It failed in the first match but they got theire redemtion. I was rooting for Aftershock but I'm perfectly fine with BN to go on. That oota against CnS was amazing and totally unpredictable.
I'm also very impressed by the accuracy that Gabriel had this time. It was way more controlled than in Series 8.
CnS seemed worse than last series. that flipper is so fragile that it's just an excuse to be allowed in because of active weapon rule.
Edit: We didn't had a tech segment this time around. Must be one of the only episodes without that

I'm really supprised by T-Bones performance in this tournament. I accidently endered it as I originally wanted to enter Wishbone, a Mechavoredisc undercutter. I even entered an old version of T-Bone that has both blades as undercutter. The other version had one blade on top of the arm.

The robots being given to the host directly is itself a violation. The rules state taken from AI packs or pre-existing bots on the exchange. Bots can be submitted like you state if they're replicas.
But like we've said, the whole system is going to get a rework. Just bear with.
This rule is stipid imo. Why would someone not be allowed to get bots for a display tournament that isn't a official one and thatdoesn't count towards anything. Big tournaments like this can bring more people to the game and its a cool way for people to send in many designs to see what works and what doesn't.

They finally move on from the round robin crap. Like in the original run: series 3 changes everything. The 10 way rumble and fog of war make it look like a game show rather than robotic combat. What happens if the swarm and Crackers N Smash get to the 10 way rumble?

I would love to see a Nostalgia side event with people bringing back some of the old ones that are outdated by modern standards. Firestorm being the one I want to see (Chaos 2 and Hypnodisc would be nice to see them one last time)

Well I kinda agree that spending 1:07 Minutes bouncing around is heavily counting against me. I guess Damage goes all on my account whil agression is kinda tied?
