Bit of a bump but I need help.

I'm trying to make one of those Psycolone (I think that's what you call it) popups. I can do everything except for stacking the two blacks. I've tried for days and days but it just can't seem to work.

Jonzu you moron. WHY do you get on msn to ask me to join this tournament when I had already entered it?

LOL!

Will confirm tomorrow.

Can't AI. That ok, TRIAS?

ICM is my bot. Jack Daniels? You've looked at the wrong bot for ICM, mate.

I probably have. It was late at night when I wrote it. Lots of stuff is wrong. Cba to check it though. Not above the list it said that it is "completely inaccurate".

Ok.

TRIAS, how you ever got -1 rep for this I do not understand. Vertigo, that's unfair.

Another couple robots I am not fond of... Atomic and Wheely Big Cheese... both used Nitrogen in their flippers and I believe that is beyond stupid (Especially with Atomic's setup with a Fire Extinguisher can)

Nitrogen is totally safe as long as you don't exceed your systems pressure ratings. A typical 4" bore cylinder can do 2,700 psi and almost all consumer grade air tanks (paintball) are rated for 3000 psi. Also there's this nice thing called a burst disc that is in all paintball tanks and in most pressure gauges that will burst when a certain pressure is reached.

My thoughts on running an over pressured system are, let them do it and if it blows up it's just an assumed risk that the builder had to take.

This is why I love the fact that real roboteers are on the forum.

I never really cared for Pussycat. It just... Bugs me

The idea that he always landed on his .... paws.... was cool though.

Okay, to put this out there. Razer only ever lost to Tornado (from memory) when Razer either broke down or Tornado wielded the spinner support/anti-crusher web thing. I think if Razer could catch Storm, it would get demolished pretty quickly. However, seeing as Storm II is very quick (and their driver was good IIRC) and very durable, it would probably be a closer fight than I had at first imagined.

mag snappers fail, you'd want bsg's instead.

However, for a MW you would want 1 beta or a couple of jx's

Unless you want to use bsgs...

Tbh just stick with a beta if you can build it :P

Ok, bsg's failed as well so I'll try betas and JX bursts.

Btw guys... Why Razer did not enter to Season 7? o_o

I honestly don't know. Storm II would not have survived against Razer.

Bump. Need help. MW flipper setup; which burst motor is best? I tried 2 mag snappers but that failed.

At the time Razer was good, that's undeniable, whether you liked it nor not and despite the blatant rigging of the show in its favour.

Blatant rigging? A few examples? The Tornado anti-crusher web went the way of Tornado.

Just to stop this from turning into the TAN appreciation club (Of which I would be a proud member)

I think the reason I didn't like Razer is because it was almost too perfect. If that makes any sense. If a robot faced Razer 9/10 times you could tell which way the match would go. Don't get me wrong, it was a marvel of engineering and thing of beauty. But still.

So you're saying it was too good for its own good?

Zog's Completely Inaccurate and Totally Biased towards Naryar Predictions Mk1:

Roswell - Seems to be a bit lacking on weapons, but could make up for it due to the shape: possibility to flip other bots upside down?
Instant Sushi - I liek the colour.
Break on Through - Pretty much a RA2 replica of a tank. Looks rather deadly.
Ragin' Yoshi - Looks very Robot Wars-ish, and definitely very well skinned. Weapons could get a lot of points, too.
Flashfire - Depends on the power of the burst.
Silhouette - WHY WITH THE SAWBLADES
For the Knights of Cydonia! - Great name (sarcasm), great bot (sarcasm).
Nice 2 Slice - Very funny shape. Rather good weapon. Shame about the skinning, though.
Hardened Steel Cutting Disc - Awww. Don't you just want to cuddle it and get mauled to death?
Blood Star - Good idea with the Tazbot wedges. But will it blend work?
Toriodore's Revenge - Oh dear god.
Scrap Box 2 - Same as above.
Postmortem - A slight improvement, but could use more armour.
EMG Sucks - So many little flaws make it one big mistake.
Seymour Duncan Doesn't - I'm not entirely sure whether this is invertable.
Rusty Technique - Hardly any weapons, over exposed chassis... Need I say more?
Peculiar Purple Pie Man - lol
Bladerunner - Thwackbot. Won't work.
Party Rock Bot - Hypno-Disc replica.
Wingb*ner - <3
Juke - Very small, very well armoured. Could do well.
Precision Impact 3 - Why put the spike strips the wrong way round?
The Regulator - Reminds me of my old entry, Drumbeat - apart from the fact that The Regulator is better.
SunBurn - One of those "lovable" bots.
Eclipse - Ditto.
Solar Flare 3 - Not entirely sure what this does.
Undercover - Oh no.
Angered Mystery - Oh god.
The bone yard - Oh... why?
Revolutions Per Minute - I never knew bots like this existed.
Taur IV - Depends on the burst motor.
Halitosis - Reier.
Splitting Headache - In with a fair chance.
Windkill - Large gap between the weapon and the side skirts. Just see the bot, you'll know what I mean.
RAFtor Mutation - Fodder.
BurnOut2 - Aww.
Bonk - Big axe, large wheels, scoop the wrong way round. What could possibly go wrong?
SkidMark - It's these sort of bots which I never quite understand.
Assault - Ah. *bites nails*
Battery - Doesn't look dangerous, but knowing Mike...
Rolling Mosh Pit - <3
Disgusting Cold - Looks potent.
Dr Jazz - Elvis?
Delicious Hot - Since when were flamethrowers allowed?
Charge 2 - Wammer. Nuff said.
Circling - So many invertable FBSs.
Relentless - Storm 2. With stuff on it. Whoever meets it will die.
The Garviner - I really want this to win. And with good reason.
Black Knight - From an art perspective, the bot looks brilliant. Shame about the fact that it isn't symmetrical, though.
Ultra-Bisector 2.1 - It's just one of those bots.
Extreme Blunt Trauma - Insane. Will win.
Dragon Whelp 3 - Insane. Will win.
Undertaker RE - Didn't know Click had entered. Disregard everything I have said about other bots winning.
Run Robot Run - Clearly the best of them all.
Kevin - I stand corrected.
Balrog - SFTW
Combustability - Aaaaawwwwwwwwwwww.
SKORPION - I love it. Shame it won't win.
The Rainbro Mobile - No armour.
Anti-Gravity - Die. Please. Just die.
Too - I'm assuming that this is a joke entry. If not, sorry.
Much - Same as above.
Big Bird - Nononononono.
Ziggerzank - Milly-Ann Bug.
ICM - Why didn't I think of this? JD, I love you (in a platonic way).
El Chupacabra - Being low down will help this bot, as it can avoid most perils. The weapons are good as well.
Shock Therapy - Yeah everyone's going to die.
Bawkes - Best. Bot. Ever
Ro- T -oR - This coming at a close second.
Gait - Stands out. That is all.
Widow II - I rather like the design of this bot. Original.
Fiery Demon - I've kinda run out of things to say.
Shark - FBS with stuff on it. Weapons.
Nerec - Flipper with spinning discs. Are hybrids allowed? Guess so.
Kickback - I always love it when people design bots like this.
War Bastard - Want want want.
Legion - FFS.
Wyrlock - See above.
Wrex - Might make it past round one. Probably not though
Storm Agenda - Everything which can be replaced with a weapon, has been replaced by a weapon.
Storm Crisis - The list just goes on, doesn't it?
Storm Force - OMG THAT NAME IS TAKEN!!1!
Jersey Devil - No idea what it does. Can't be bothered to find out either.
Demigod - Typical Scrap Daddy Design. That's not a bad thing, either.
Goliath Beetle - I think I know what this does. Biohazard, but with a spinning disk?
Black Tusk - Hell Yeah.
Headhunter - Clues in the name.
Bullethead - Despite how it's designed, those side skirts could make all the difference.

There. If you're not happy, then tough.

ICM is my bot. Jack Daniels? You've looked at the wrong bot for ICM, mate.

I'm not happy with my bot. Can a send a totally different one to replace it?
