yep, like i said, my bots crap... did better then i thought, maybe the wedge on red red green could have been improved though? it didnt seem to get under the wedgeless bot very well.

Psyco sweeper probably attacks the underside, possibly with a drum system. i see no drum on it at all. i'm still wondering why people think my bot will win against sage's hammer bot :? i ran some test matches against DSL hammers and my bot gets owned by them so i have no chance.

im guessing Psyco Sweeper gets under other bots and as they go up the claws come down.
i wouldn'y say smoker is underestimated seeing as i think we all tipped it to win in the first round, its just not as well built as it could be and the motors/extenders are pretty exposed too especially for the hammer bots to hit.

Interventionism will easily survive because Red tide's weapon is too high. Red tide has a wedge... it gets under things :P now for predictions on round 1! i think the winners will be: Red Red Green. oh boy hammer bots! bad news for me.. if i somehow beat sages hammer bot i get another one in the form of clickbeetles hammer bot eek!
why are hammer bots bad news for my shell spinner? if they push it into a corner it'll stop spinning then they can bash away at the top of the bot.. hopefully the club provides xtra protection..
but hopefully i give one of the best matches for the round :)

somebody.. i think you look at rankings and factor it in too much :wink: the fact is a ranked builder/bot has never won BBEANS! BBEANS 1 - all rookies. BBEANS 2 - MNCR - smashbox 2 was a rookie. BBEANS 3 - ACAMS - childsplay IV was a rookie. so i'm gonna stay with the pattern and say roboshark will win. but hopefully its my bot who wins!
