Did you try rebooting your computer? I know this sounds simple and stupid but sometimes it works. If it doesn't work...
1. Save your teams folders somewhere safe
2. Save your custom components somewhere safe
3. Re-Install RA2 or get it from Sages sig.
4. Unzip and make sure the clean version works and doesn't give your computer indigestion
5. Overwrite the corrupted coppies of RA2 with the working ones.
6. Install mods and place teams and custom component folders in matching RA2 versions.

I'd not mount everything off that shell disk. While it looks cool with one lucky hit your whole bot will fall apart. You might be better off with a stronger disk and or a better mounting method.

My robot's a generic shell spinner that has uber spammed amounts of weaponz.
Fear the might of Squish. It hits in the 8000's when its hammers contact. Is there a single entrant in this thing that has confidence in their bot? It almost sounds like it's a competition to see who's gonna do worst. My vote is for me.
Can't wait for the splash. Really curious about the ratio of multibots to gigantic monster bots.
I have enough confidence to say that mine wins when it doesn't lose. Although that's not saying much.

My best advice. Talk to builders and attend a live event. See if you can get in the pits and see robots up close ask questions about what the bots are made of what they use for drive motors, batteries, ect.

I'd make it invertable and give it stronger wedges the polycarb ones are gonna get eaten by a spinner or SNS.
