the difference is that these bots are fair game, the rules of standard js to build an efficient fighing machine. The mechavore disc just so happens to be an efficient component, so its par for the course

I like the chasis shape and extender setup, though I feel like the two wedgelets extender end should be the front. Angle motor setup is also sloppy as stated above. Concept is solid though.

Thanks man. Other than the Apex style superKatanas (the driving concept for the bot) it still needs some refining. Will probably go through and give it its own custom chasis (reused the CW's out of impatience), as well as sorting out a better end cap than those moe hammers.

Solid, tight little build. What's the armor?
Suggestions would be to try skinning it (could be a fantastic bot w/ a good skin), otherwise you might consider downgrading drive motors for astros and try to fit in another ant (that flipper will drain your batteries fast), though that suggestion is made w/o knowledge of armor.
Update: what extenders are you using, since I see 2 colors?

The MW has a bronco VS mod thing about it. Disc and supports look a bit disconnected that far off though. I like the LW a lot. SHW: other than the ewedge colors clashing with the boy, it looks solid. And Cerberus needs fire.

So who is expected to get the wild card spot? I would assume Thor and Pulsar being likely options, with Apollo and Cherub as next tier options. Unless they decide to shock us and go with a non-heat finalist and send in someone like Behemoth or Terrorhertz just because they want to.

Throwing out the last 3 bots I'm entering into Doot's big ole tourney of killing himself slowly. CW - A Bit Pointy. Its a Thwack, cause why not. Haven't really made one yet, and wanted to make one with 4 NPCFasts for drive. It also rams pretty good. HW - Blood Lotus. An Apex based bot that reused ABP's chasis, but with an angled HS blade setup I wanted to try using 4 katanas trimming a titanium pole with hammer ends. SHW - An "upgraded" Big Black Saw, now a SHW with better armor and rediculous drive. Will it do as poorly as the first BBS? Hopefully not thaaaat bad. Also the only extender bot I've entered.
