Based on combat effectiveness alone:
16) Dystopian (because it's a bye bot)
 stop placing it at 16 because its a bye bot its obviously better than many entries

You don't have much of a handle on what IRL should be.
Gonna side with this.
Given that the robots are meant to be the most IRL of the most IRL I think you'd let a fair amount slip through.
Edit: Also I'm not sure that you'd pick the best judges either, they've got to be pretty critical for this.
i didnt want to allow levellers friend or homicidal intentions but did because i knew they would be paired with the best bots dragging them down its just that tournament also anti gravity is dangerously close to being dsl-s i regret letting him in

I'd rather not have you pick this up mainly because you don't have much of a handle on what IRL should be based on the bots that got entered into your tournament.

stick to dsl. learn up, and then later only build with custom.

i first played stock for 5 days then got DSL.
it got me nowhere, the motors were confusing, everything essentially was confusing. even now, after a good 3-4 years of playing RA2 I have only just got into Text editing, and am still making no plans on making any of my own custom components

You guys are gonna feel pretty bad for trash talking my robot. 
its a good support bot for its team mate yeah Gosh you really think TBGW will do well? Trust me the axes are a little too powerful
I voted on which ones looked most IRL and which looked the best over which ones were best.
thats fine but you should seed on combat ability so that way the best robot gets paired with the worst robot also rfs you shouldnt rank dystopian 16 just because its bye i didnt make it bad so if it got teamed with TBGW that team would do very well also all bots entered into this tournament for any future tournaments i host are not allowed to be entered again without extensive changes

7. Snugglebot Gold - I really like this bot, but I'm starting to get tired of seeing it.
