It says Direct.X 8.1 doesn't exist,and that I have to check and make sure its there.I checked and its there,what do I do?

3.When is the cutoff point in entry?
Sorry I'm new and am looking for a kickstart to my career,I've played RA2 since it first came out(I remember hanging out outside of Wal-Mart when I was 7 to get it at midnight.)
