I made a similar robot to try it out for myself and yep it handles awfully. But it actually turns which is better than I thought it'd do so i'll allow it. The one Ecolusian posted in his Ironforge showcase should be fine too. God forbid they get drawn against each other though.

Also with regard to the tournament. It will start very early February. Once i've bought a webcam I can point at my CRT screen. Pits in the Metal Skull and Octagon arenas will active slightly later than usual. And each robot will get one free havok restart per match before being disqualified.

If it can actually turn then go for it. If it can only go forward and a bit diagonal while broadly staying facing the same direction I might have bit more of a problem.

Can I make a MW version of my very first robot? I don't have, nor do I remember building any n00b warz-suitable MWs, and I really don't want to sit out of NW5 after screwing up my entry into NW4. The first MW in my showcase is this bot, and it has DSA + razors.
For comparison, this is what my actual first bot looked like:
I can probably get 4WD and a FS into a MW.

It doesn't have to be your very first bot, just one of your early ones.
I've got plenty of those lying around; might submit something. Unfortunately I might be at a 50 kg disadvantage because I knew what a weight class was right from the start and made sure to stay under the limit...
50kg is not much at all, especially when it's not being used efficiently. I upped the weight limit to get all the anorexic heavyweights people may have made. I sure know I made a few and i'm the embodiment of perfection so other people must have done the same.

It doesn't have to be your first robot, just one of your early creations that is suitable terrible. If you can't find any of them, however, then channel your inner noob. Look at past n00b splashes like this or this for inspiration. Become one with the scrublord. The beautiful, beautiful robot you posted in your showcase is fine, though.
