For some it a case of only using it to make a point. Others it can hurt there eyes do to brightness, background ect.

Ok when you get to the Generate Incubator area in the opstions look for Upload to ImageShack (Provides bbCode and HTML) option click it and when it gives you the pick there should be a link to put in sigs.
