ok, so, i deleted mcafee, got microsoft security essentials. Hopefully it'll get rid of av protection. =]
try what chaosmancer said to use unless you have tried it already
i had malwarebytes on my lappy, it was exactly like mcafee essentially. (oh, and it blocked all my porn sites, so.. xP)
i got that virus before when i had mcaffe, mcaffe didnt do sh** about it.
downloaded malwarebytes and it got rid of it right away.
oh and did i mention my lappy ran faster when i deleted malwarebytes ? oh well.dll anyways, MSE removed it, everythings k.
