I would delete that if I were you, otherwise G.K. might go like Naryar over ants for drive...
No worries, it's gone now. But then again, quite a lot of user's real names are known on here now, from casual observation- I'm one of at least three with the first name "Alex".
Hello Alex my name is Alex too. :P
Hi Alex. I hear Larrain's first name is also Alex.
I didn't know that Alex, but I do know that Freeziez is also named Alex.

I have a feeling the odd collision is for AGOD or havok (or both) reduction :/ so the last thing I want to do is make it worse..
Thats what I wanted to test for because I was planning on entering a skirt hinged rammer.

Now the question arises do I enter my generic cube flipper or my less generic rammer.
@Joe: can you send the the fixed skirt hinge. I need to test it out on my rammer to make sure it will work with it.

Nope a 75MHz radio is not compatible with a 2.4GHz receiver. I use a Spektrum DX5 for my bot and I have a DX 6 for my RC airplanes. The DX6 is nice but for the most part the extra features will go unused.

I can tell you the Laser 75MHz radio is bad. You want to get a 2.4GHZ radio http://www.robotmarketplace.com/products/0-SPM5500.html and a compatible receiver. They hop frequencies and are mostly glitch free. Unlike the standard 75MHz. I don't know what are good drive motors for antweights but this might be able to help http://www.architeuthis-dux.org/torquecalc.aspJust find the motor you want to use on the list fill it out and see if it meets your requirements.

Don't get it. That gearbox is crappy, the radio system is outdated, the wheels are heavy, and I don't like sabertooth speed controlers.
Also don't build a thwack bot you'd be better off with a wedge without the thwack ability. (more weight for thicker wedge)

Am I allowed to extend the deadline? I wouldn't mind giving LLB till Saturday because of circumstances out of his control.
