Since a lot of people can't really figure out what my bot does or how it works.... I made a DSL showcase and put it there with more details. (because posting a splash here would probably be a tad rude).

awesome job, the saw blade is great, nobody cares if its a good weapon or not.
BTW: how long did it take? It took about an hour... best part was using my power drill to make all the little "spark" holes on the left of the pumpkin. I highly highly highly suggest using power tools on pumpkins under any excuse. My step-kid got a kick out of having my pumpkin posted on an internet forum... so now she wants hers posted too. :P She's a fan of those "Warriors" books.   And whoa! thanks Acams for putting my creation on the main page. Haha, I wasn't expecting that. @Nayar: Warlock eh? hah. I can't imagine... really I can't. I dressed up as Eric Draven "the Crow" for a horror convention last week. I hated putting all that face paint on though... Totally not planning on doing that next year.

Wow. It took me pretty much a week to come up with a decent design that holds up well against Starcore 3 bots. Nothing spectacular... but should do o.k. I just sent my bot via PM.
I am looking forward to this tourney. Hopefully others will get involved too.

Alright. Well, I guess I just can't run a perfect tourney yet. Urjak, looks like you don't have a bye anymore! Meh. We all make mistakes... and handling a tourney of this size must be a lot of work. We do appreciate what you have done so far. A few things will be ironed out and then we are ready to rock and roll.

I might get this game at some point. But I am terribly afraid of what it will do to my dwarfed social life as it stands. I might have to quit my second job in order to actually play it. :P The car lineup seems pretty cool, though I was a little disappointed with the absence of some European brands and smaller list of Jap Classics in comparison to Gran Turismo.

Looks like there is a copy of it on ebay for the 1st gen xbox. It is in PAL format though & I am not sure if the original xbox is PAL + NTSC compatible. Torrent might be your best option if you can find it.

That was very close! Round 2 could of went either way, and Round 3 had me changing my mind on the winner every time. Wow! No kidding! that was insane. Awesome match. Your bot it extremely stable. I am impressed.

go into your control panels and maybe change the screen resolution for your monitor to match it for the moment so that you can change it back. then restore it back to the original resolution. Just a guess.
