Meh, it would fair better against popups because of it's small chassis size in comparison to the wheel size.
Besides, the frontal protection for that bot would be more usefull.

All it needs is one rammer to go down the middle..
A VS is gonna kick it's head in even worse than that. Smaller wedge and a skirt hinge with some aluminium sheets would easily aleviate the problem of a rammer atleast, and would hinder the VS.

Yeah, you'll probably want the motors facing up anyway,stock bots are mainly bulky anyway, so it's not like a bot's gonna be too low to get hit.

Also, lower the chasis right down, you'll be able to get everything in there still, if you lay the control board down flat.
To save more weight, you can delete the side panels that have no weapons attatched to them as ATM it's just wasted weight.

If you're gonna have the motors as far out ass that, you'll definately need a snowplow to protect them.
I'd suggest using a 20 cm extender instead of that longer one anyway.

Well, I liked it.
The xbox version atleast is terrrible. The game punishes you for having fast drive motors by making your bot undrivable. And then there's the fact that the judges were utter sh**.
