Could get away with less chassis armour. You want to upgrade the front armour and lower the chassis down to maybe Plastic 5. I'm not sure how but could you get a titanium sheet as front armour? Latly using 9kg to attach 3 razors is really inefficient. Try Poly extenders. I would use flipper segments to attach the Small Wedges, that should save you a good chunk of weight
2 flipper segments = 6kg. 40cm DSL bar = 6.6kg Not much at all.
