Of course it's lightier, it's a LW.
Good chassis, good speed and offense (although LWs with such a drive are a pain in the ass to drive correctly)
But i'm sure that a good LW popup could one hit kill that thing. Even weaker to popups than mine. (less "hit points")
And this design is optimized. it's certainly not an old junk pathetic bot.
And start a showcase please.

Alright Venko this is better. Thanks to both of you.
For the battery, 2 pinks is not enough because this one does generally long fights. 1 nifty could be good. (but i cant put the controal board any moooore! well i'm sure that with a reubild I could put it one of the three baseplates) For the wheels, the shiny hubs do not work good because they do not touch the top. And so not invertible any more (Just missed mauling 1337 Speek 2.0 because of that).
I'm not really sure if putting pickaxes on the edges is a good idea... Doesn't this reduces damage from the sides ?
I'll rebuild it one time.

Good mix of offense and defense, but if you mix stock parts with DSL parts, you'll weaken your bot. Use NPC64's with a good wheel instead of Zteks and (perhaps) get rid of that stock black battery. You can go two wheel drive if you use fast NPC64's with a grippy wheel. Then your wedge will be more efficient.
Oh and you could plate the wedge part (front) of your bot, just under the discs.
This definitely reminds mE of a BBEANS 2 entry...

Some kind of juggler, a little like mine. Well nice mix of offense and defense. Low ground clearance too. But using stock parts in DSL is weakening you bot. Try replacing the zteks by two fast NPC64's with grippy wheels. There are plenty to choose from, and plenty of sizes: you could find a grippy and low-clearance drive.
I think its better to use 2WD in a bot with wedges scraping the ground. they're more efficient.
You could also use things like DSL bars and plate your front wedge body, just under the discs.
I've seen this weapon and front wedge before.... This DEFINITELY reminds me of a BBEANS 2 entry.

If this cocky comment is all you can say without some tips, then GTFO my showcase.

It can only be 2 because it is powered by 2 weapon motors.

Another bot. This time the regular rammer you can find everywhere, not original at all but still efficient. Surprisingly efficient against Starcore 3 MWs, excepted wedges and popups (and here he sucks). Easy to build. But you need serious practice before driving a ram efficiently... like spears. War Claw V2Type: MW, Ram Weight: 387.3 Power: 1 black batt Drive: Two grannyguards on HP zteks Armor: DSA Weapons: Ram, 12 iron spikes and 6 single ice picks. + Fast + Nice damage for a MW + Extensive pinning ability + Correct front defense - Difficult to drive efficiently - Unstable (exactly like a thwack) - Vulnerable wheels

Cheater. What's this small battery?
I'm sure you could use bigger wheels (and grippier btw) to make your bot invertible, and get rid of this overweighted srimech. And reduce the length of yor bot in the same time, kinda like the Troll.

I NEVER said that I was making fun of your posts. I said I don't care about your number of posts. Read correctly the posts before trolling.

Then use bursted and/or stacked drive Eteks. As said before, you need huge torque to drive this. RPMs are not important.

The DSL bots are VERY EASY to get under if you use wedges on burst motors.
...Damn, you do incredible damage with such a weak motor...

No problem.
Oh you're right, I didn't think at all to the srimech.
Perhaps use wheels with more grip, or better motors, but if you want your front wedges to be really efficient, stay two wheel drive.
EDIT: Ooooow. Wrong motor choice. Zteks suck in DSL, use NPC's instead. And also use a weapon motor for the drum (at least weapon magmotor, but try the perm 84), not a crap for antweights like the flatmotor. Oh yeah, there are some weapon motors and drive motors in DSL.

Nice. Good idea to put stock-style "snapper wedges" on the bot.
But the rear flipper. looks pretty useless to me. Concentrate defense and offense in your front. Or get some more mobility.
Could be a little tighter, but good bot.

Again completely in stock rebuilds, but not that efficient. I made a 2 HP Ztek-powered rebuild of Arc Pounder with an iron fist as thw&ck. Quite damaging...but very unstable, fragile and hard to drive. Nothing great. When fighting with EMERGENCY, and after having my weapon ripped, I had still a ramplate so I drove crazily, up the walls and even... rolling on the ceiling!

No he is powered by 2 classic hover engines. (cheatbot2)
If you look carefully it is the round ones as you find them in the original RA2.

Thanks. Besides the rupt glitch does not work for me, or sometimes a hammer strike is way faster than the last one, with a normal hammer...
Pointless comment: YES i'm LW !
