Im pretty sure you dont need a srimech on Hellcrasher if you dont use the Beta burst for a weapon. Or perhaps not such a powerful srimech.

But think to be invertible. If you change wheels (yes, it is difficult if you love Tazbot wheels, im having this problem too with iron spikes and ramplates, theyre soooo cool), or just get off the beta, it could be invertible.

Then you could use the beta for a hammer, or just dispose of it and make a pure rammer. Because you haven't got a lot of weapons on your bot and a push bot need something to make damage. Because if you're facing against a thing like Grog or Shogun... it hurts.

I think the counterweight is a good idea. If I make a DSL hammer, ill use that, i guess...

Its not really first bots. He's doing a ton of rebuilds of the same bot, like me.

Yep, we would like to see the insides too.

By the way im pretty sure Hellcrasher is not only a push bot. What's the Beta burst for?

A MW sawbot/wedge hybrid, closely related to Ankle Biter but longer and flatter. Large rear wheels like RA2 slim wheels, these ones slightly enclosed, to make the bot invertible.
And if the weight allows it, reinforced plating on the wedge's edge and a internal servo to make the saw rise/lower, to use when inverted for getting the saw to work again.

I will perhaps make a RA2 bot like that, for showing you, and posting it there.

Huh. Again a HW VS. I will do some MW VS and LW VS, but it more difficult... and theyre less good for the size. I had some good stacking and tightening chassis work on that one.

Beautiful Oblivion V3

Its a rebuild of  4 disc spinner which had the chassis of Tribute to Mayhem 3. Quite efficient.

Type: HW vertical spinner
Weight: 776,9
Armor: DSA
Weapons: 4 disc spinners powered by HPZTeks. The two in the middle have a 80cm disc and are attached directly. The two on the sides have a 60cm disc and are snapperII bursted.
(ramplates)
Drive: 2 shinies on snapperII bursted HPZs
Power: 2 BBTs

Well, let me explain. If you look closely on the second picture between the two central discs, you see a bit of a anchor mounted 90°, directed for the sides. These ones have the four ramplates on them.
There are two others just after, that had 40cm extenders on them, then a VS on each with a 80cm disc? These are the inner VS.

The two snappers are connected to the drive motors with the rear AP. the "classic" AP  supports the small spinners (60cm discs) and in the same time the wedges. So, the small spinners are supported by the snappers and small wedges. This makes for a very stable vertical spinner (yep, it does not bounce at all). And the ramplates prevent the bot from falling on its side. The two problems are that these weapons are somewhat vulnerable when it comes to a long fight and he is prone to be tossed around.

Yep. Venko opened a server that i can see but cant join.

As always my LW got owned. but the last fight was good. especially when my ram accidentally destroyed Venko's MW HS. And my MW had some nice air time too when attacking Your Doom. hehe

Well i do not like razors just because they half the half of the other component's HP. But sometimes i must use them (weight problem in LWs essentially)

Im bored with playing LWs, besides Im always getting owned when it comes to lightweights.

You haven't seen my quadruple vertical spinner... by the way, my HW VS IMv5 is the less laggy, I think, with the MW ram WCv4.

But when it comes to popups... damn. I won some fights against CUDA last night with a popup, but it was lagging badly. Putting the screen resolution to 640x480 and the effects to minimal helps.

I just sent you an entry.  It's a combination wedge/shell spinner called Megawhirl V.  I'm not expecting to win, but it's a fun design.

Uh oh...

Wedge/shell spinner? That sounds great, i'd like to see that.
