Well, I suppose the three base bot characteristics (offense, defense, mobility) and the aesthetics too.
Inf's bot is obviously more offensive than Sage's, but less mobile (Sage's one looks invertible) and less defensive. Uh, I dont know about what armor you guys put on your bots. And it looks Inf's one is seriously underpowered... or did you stacked some orange batts? 25063

Guys, I had the idea we could use the Hamachi network to build a general server for RA2. It will be then a global LAN rather than a Internet.
Inf, if you agree can we use yours? 25064

I feel like RA2lover's. Perm 132 looks too powerful and unstable for a LW.

Modifications / MEGA PART PACK!« on: May 18, 2008, 04:42:10 AM »
Good work to put all these, but custom parts are for pussies. and when you add some DSL parts to your stock bot you generally own all Starcore 3's bots. DSL is way more high-powered than stock.

II's one is more a VS than a drum. Even if I think that AIed, II's bot would win. Besides, the front panels used for wedges dont' look very effective as wedges.
If the bot type was unspecified i'll vote Inf's one. because he is a VS and have wedges. and damn good servo enhanced motor. But Sage's one is fastest, have more defense, still decent offense, and is a real drum. So I vote Sage's one. 25067

A hammer/FS hybrid. Nice one.
Ill suggest putting the DDTs higher (or else the hammer arms will broke easily), elongating the hammer arm (to strike HS's center of tribars and so weapon motors), and adding a wedge or two. But this is more difficult due principally to tight chassis... Oh, and just one critic: use JPGs instead of BMPs, they take ages to load. 25068

Strange, i always thought it was mesured by volume... But it is logical if you consider that the chassis is empty to the beginning.
Ok thanks for the info. And besides its easier to skin... It wasnt really using an old chassis, but it was re-sizing a chassis to make it tighter. And it is... 25074

And i'd mistaken Sung's bot for your own... first. Huh, I was having fun ripping it's BIG wheels, this was a hammer bot with unpowered sawblades on axles fixed to square extenders, kinda SnS.
I owned Bladez's very basic HS simply by flipping him, and ripped off a few wheels off his spearbot. He was surprised that i could see with the picture "look guys, you dont know what he'll do".... answer by me "its a simple 6 piston spear bot" and he was amazed. lol. But at least if we could attract some new builders to the forum... 25077

fun... i kept loosing wheels lol.
Every bot that I entered minus one lost a wheel or two. But we owned some noobs venturing into the room... we even got a FORKIE in a rumble w SSG's Minesweeper, my ram War Claw and Cuda's HS. 25078
