Character: Half-dragon wizard/warrior, but nobody knows it because he never showed his powers or combat skills. Uses them and his mechanical skills to build bots, but is very secretive about it. Basically, his bots are magic creations powered by runes, but still do look like normal bots excepted for the glowing scriptures on it that everyone not skilled at magic thinks it's fancy and useless lamps.
Comes from: Nobody knows and he doesn't wants to speak about it.
Age: A little less than 200 years, but doesn't looks that old.
Skills: Besides his hidden powers, he has learned mechanics, and has a good sense of metalworking and metallurgy. Skilled on explosives, too.
Bot building: Very enthusiastic in entering battle. Loves to see robotic destruction, but won't destroy an immobilized opponent. In the pits, repairs frenetically. Very talkative ("Yeeeah, I got him!") during the fight - if he loses, he's generally angry for a while. Drives and fights sometimes cleverly, sometimes brutally (especially if he loses his temper), that means that his bots are often significantly damaged as a result. VS and rammer specialist.
Social: (cons) Can be a real annoyance. Sarcastic. Cynic. Hasn't many friends. Generally reluctant on first contact with someone. Sometimes harsh in relationships.
(pros) Never gives up. Isn't really mean. A great friend, if you can manage to be his friend. Not a liar or deceiver, sometimes helps newbies, and will leave you in peace if you leave him in peace, unless when fighting.
Appearance: Human-like, but his skin is unusually red and scaly and he has several reptilian features like catlike eyes. Wears a long grey robe. Looks pretty strong. 1,80m for 100 kg.

Hes also French! Lol. Neat idea though, I could make Naryar french. Giga, Naryar basically started as a medieval fantasy character, a wizard/warrior exactly. Do I need to put him in a modern/futuristic universe? EDIT: And I will send you a drawing of Naryar because his design is... well, pretty much original.

Well, Naryar started s a RPG character in a roleplay forum. He's a red half-dragon, that is the bastard child of a red dragon and a human. That makes him really powerful, but also makes him seriously ill-tempered.

Oh then I'll take care of Raptor. Trinity vertical hammer/rammer (or pusher) hybrid suits you Inf?
EDIT: no wait, no pusher. it had basically 4WD. it'll be a rammer.

Was exciting because of all the action, Inf.

By the way, Gigafrost, why did you put a drive E-tek for weapon for your bot? Perhaps for better bot tossing ? Because it can lift bots easier if the spinner has more torque...

Oh, by the way, Philet, you didn't need that much armor - titanium 10 would be sufficient (and titanium has a better durability/armor ratio) , and a simple battlepack too, because this bot is WAY overpowered. And with the weight gained, you could put another hammer, I think.

Rage 3 put on a good show even if on 6 matches he managed to get OOTA 4 times.

no need to apology. it's your bot that works like that. yawners are just a downside, but there isn't a lot of bots like yours. It isn't a ram, neither a pusher, but it still owns against HS and several rams, although i think Headache 3 could win against it.
______
Edit: Greatest matches IMO:
-Both of the Ham-mer Sandwich 2 matches -Smitemare VS Haymaker -Iron Spaghetti VS FIRST ROUND FINALE! -DOAM VS Ripterra -Smoker VS No Leaf Clover -Both of the System Flailure matches
Favourite bots at this point: -Hazardous Contraption -Ham-mer Sandwich 2 -DOAM -Enfilad3

Man Manu: well yeah, when I'll have something to reduce the size of the videos (the last one in Fraps was 1GB)
Venko: This, i didn't knew... thanks.
Could it be that the pistons are perpendicular to the extender that goes to the snapper?

yeah that's what i was planning to do SD, but thanks for clearing me about the nifty guys. I'll get Evil Eye 2 and Altar of Fire 2 built, DatD will wait some more... but i wanted some help on that one. Rabid Salamander. i like how it attacks, it looks like he bites the opponent. and nice damage too. (credit to Pys for the design) ...But it spends it's time havoking and teleports OOTA in EVERY match. I've noticed several of you guys have built Trinity side hammers too. Anyone can help me on this?

finally, i think BrasOuvert is a great design. good strategy, boring matches but you win.
do these big wheels are on purpose, that is for making these hammers harder to toss upwards and for more stability?

Why SabreTooth is a Horizontal Spinner !??!?!?!?!?!?!?! May i give a try for him as a horizontal HAMMER bot? Or even just "hug" bot but HS ?... well that's what i'm thinking too. like click did in DSL, SabreTooth is way better as an horizontal hammer. I will rebuild: -Raptor (trinity vertical hammer/rammer) -Lil'Dog (fast popup, if that suits you Inf) but i can't hurry, i have several bots to do and a good load of math too.

When I saw the bot's name, I thought "Tombstone" immerdiatly.
Well Tombstone has a totally straight bar, no?
