Use something like GIMP or Photoshop.
-Select all the useless white (with the "clever" selection tool).
-Use "Invert Selection", youll have the logo selected.
-Cut the logo selected and paste it on a grand new .TGA file you created with a transparent background. Beware with TGA's though. They tend to mess and make ugly things in the game
You can also use Giga's tutorial.

No problem Venko. I had a freak bot that is not controllable at first view, but you can control it. Tuff to move in a controlled way, that said. Even Magmatic Revolution drives five times better than that one.

Gig: One TTB Lives on, but possibly not for long, as I don't see T I T A N getting through System Flailure that easily. Well, I don't honestly know. With a good piece of luck, T I T A N could rip off System Flailure's hammer, but SF could flip it and give it a serious headache.

Yeah, it has to be the same size and that's the issue. It isn't with TGA's.
I'm using GIMP 2.4 and has no problem with BMP's because they do automatically fit at the same size.

Personally i have several issues about editing the bridge of doom himself. i mean the bridge_grate.tga. The arena skin is nearly finished but I must take a screenshot of it, and get that bridge darker...
