Pretty sure JoeBlo already had a thread about this very thing. I believe it was after the last account-hacking fiasco... Ever notice that this only happens to the Fresh Princes? (In the Playground is where they spend most of their days.)

***Note: To prevent having to do this again, stop buying sh** based on a gimmick.***
Actually, I doubt there are many people who bought it purely on the merit of the 3D gimmick. I sure as didn't I looked at the list of games that were set to be released and just went 'I want that, I want that, and that one, that one too *pre-orders console*' and I haven't regretted it. Sure, I don't really use the gimmick (I usually can't see the 3D for one reason or another, I really only use it during cutscenes). Anybody who bought it for the 3D really didn't think things through, I looked at it through how much play time I would get, and I have currently got 71 hours....out of Street Fighter alone, with everything else, I have spent a grand total of 296:26 hours on my 3DS (assuming my maths is correct (excluding the time I spent looking at the activity log while I did the maths)).
So yeah, in short, it is highly probable that he bought it for the games with the gimmick as something else (it may have been a contributing factor, but it is probably not the only reason (I assume this from all the games he has). And if I am wrong about it, then RPJK will probably correct me.
The reasons why I got the 3DS is 1. needing to update and if you don't update you get left behind (For example my friend likes living in the 60's but hes my age don't know whats up with that). We are living in a changing, growing world in which one day it will all collapse whether its in my lifetime or my kids or whatever so its best to update and get the latest technology while you still can.
2.I want to get games like Kid Icarus: Uprising, Mario Kart 7 and (in July) Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance
3. I don't care about the 3D gimmck because its useless as a purple monkey dishwasher but I wanted to update and have new games so thats why I have the 3DS.
Bold text proves your own stupidity...
Go to you pessimistic idiot.
This is going to get me muted right?
You won't get muted. And that's probably where I'll end up anyway.

Aha, now this is a hardware problem!
My DVD/CD drive has been doing this to my discs, recently. It does it whenever it tried to read or write to the disc, seemingly, although I'm not sure. It leaves the discs unusable. Is there anything I can do that doesn't involve buying anything or sending my PC away?
What TX said. Not much you can do without buying parts. If you have an old turd PC with a drive in it, you could swap it out.

As gay as it makes me feel to admit it, the video Scourge mentioned is kind of a tearjerker...
An ex-girlfriend made me watch it a few years ago. Don't judge me.

I have 116 Hot Wheels cars, and that's not even including the licenced cars.
I have like three good sized storage containers full back at my parents'. Most of them are Hot Wheels or Matchbox brand, but there are some cheap knock-offs in the mix.

No, but it kind of ruins the point of posting a joke aimed at the whole forum when only you find it funny, let alone understand it.

I had a few when I was young. Pretty tough, but the wheels were very wonky and the paint was unaligned and came off so easily, it wasn't even funny. Matchbox was even worse.
Matchbox was actually bought by Mattel sometime in the 80s or 90's. They were probably made from all the same materials and used the same paint.

I'd like to see Slideout and Midnight Otto. The Monte Carlo Stocker and the T-bird Stocker would be cool too. They're badly made pieces of sh** that are not out of place in a happy meal. [/rant]
This may be true of the pieces of sh** that are more plastic than metal that they make now, but back in my day you couldn't bend a HotWheel, let alone break one.
