I like the 'Playground' idea, could work well and not only work as spam control, but it'd mean the guys who aren't limited can actually talk without having to explain random stuff, or get distracted by n00bs, while the n00bs in the Playground have something to aspire to.
And you shall have it, but it is for everybody BUT the "Limited" group. (I will just rename "Amusement" to "Playground" ........NOW......nothing has changed, except the name!

OH, there is more to it than just a Limited title......THEY can assure you! I may cut them a little slack in a few days, but both will be in the limited group for a while. I think that some of the lenience is a result of how the forums USED to be in the older days, when people were banned with little provocation.
I have seen people banned for arguing with a Moderator about nothing.
