Ok I'm a tad confused on the constant change of Fear Ratings and feel that it has the potential to get out of control, so I propose that I assign a selected few to assist. Maybe like two more people Besides myself (we don't need much). To ensure that we are the ones changing the FearRatings,
I will give you this small badge [fake duplicate]
[/fake duplicate] indicating your acceptance into the Fear Raters Group. Put it in your sig if you wish, I would!
These badges are going to be straight from my gametechmods ftp directory- To ensure realism, I can simply right click on your badge and check its location. In case some people copy and paste it into their own sig using an image uploader of some sort.

-Been on the forums for at least a year
The first six people who respond in interest will be polled. After the voting, these six will be allowed to change the Ratings. However, if they don't seem correct to me, I will change it myself. All other changes to Fear Ratings besides the badged members will not count after the polls.
Rules once you are a Fear Rater Once you become a FR, you can only be able to change all the members per month. This means that you can only change the Fear Ratings of up to all the members every new month. I will check the Ratings often through the Recent Changes link in the wiki to validate your change.
