I know this is going to sound stupid but make the chasis wider so you can have your wheels farther apart. RA2 is strange in that the further away the wheels are the faster a bot spins.

7075 is about twice as strong as 6061 aluminum so DSA is real. :P

Try cutting down on the extender work and such. Also the first TW mags have more than 400 hitpoints (but how much i forget :P) so you might want to figure out a way to use them. Also play around with the extender setup you might be able to get it lighter.

I have a badass bass boat with a 150 Mercury, just need a badass trolling motor like that, mine is only 48# thrust and no autopilot remote control.
You could wire your trolling motor for remote control kinda like a robot. All you need is a RC airplane controller, reciever, a window motor and some high amperage ESCS.
