No one uses Perms for drive.
Drive Etek + Techno Destructo wheels. Just tried this on a 2WD HW rammer. He sucks, but he's still very fast.

Popup all the way. You're not going to go far with a rammer.
LW heavy duty pokers don't need wedges IMO because they have enough attack power to repel the enemy bot. and thus no need for a wedge.
That said, I bet Tim 1 would turn faster if you set turnspeed to insane values like 6 or more. I did that with Match Box and he owns now.

Hammers are better for heavy duty weaponry.
Reier, Tim I was better IMO. (Just why i copied it).
MDVIII looks nice.

Well then use the same technique, but on a classic (vertical) hammer.

He's just a money maker...
Speaking of fiction, my all time favorites are Dune (read only three of the entire collection, but still it's great), and in a lesser extent LotR.

Clamps doesn't work well in RA2. Especially servos.
The only solution I know and used to make a clamp is the inverted side hammer...
That is, build a side hammer with a lot of power into it's weapons (like Street Sweeper), but invert the movement start and movement end positions. That is, the bursts' movement will start at the front of your bot and end at the sides of your bot.
When a bot charges you, fire the hammers. The two "pincers" will open, the enemy bot will go right between then, and the two pincers will retract and clamp the other bot.
EDIT: NO PIGLETS FOR DRIVE!
Also, just use 2WD with the most powerful motors and gripper wheels you can use with your weight rather than 4WD with weaker motors. DSL 4WD is like stock, it's best to use it when you REALLY want speed on heavyweights.
A MW can be lightning fast with NPC fast drive and techno destructo wheels, and an E-tek drive with techno destructo wheels makes for a really fast drive for a HW too.

Hey, that's cool, Urjak is spiderweight. Now you can remove Spiderweight from your avatar.
I don't see why ACAMS gave R1885 the advanced user status.
Also, can Hydro have the n00bweight class too?

Either it's your internet connection lagging to death, or it's just your computer that got screwed up.
Does your comp has other problems like that? Maybe getting help from an internet shop would help.

Urjak: Something between Vet and regular member, I suppose.
SB: Good idea. So, the thing would be simply Admins/ Moderators/Veterans/Modders ?
Also, I would be for custom titles, with the colors indicating where are you in the "hierarchy".

Bumpy bumpy!
The fix didn't worked for me either, so I investigated and fixed the thing myself today.
It's kinda easy: just an unnamed smartzone in the bot.

This thread is going to be Mad-bait.
My opinion is like Somebody, simply we get off the Heavy Poster thing. The 1K+ post already implies we are heavy posters.

You may be right, that bot includes burst motors... so the underpowering rule doesn't works.
You could also possibly just go 2WD NPC fast with Techno Destructo wheels... it could be a little slow for a real rammer, but still i bet it's faster (and way lighter) this.

Honestly, Ghost is nothing impressive...
But Brute Chopper looks AWESOME.

Really neat small chassis.
You should definitely:
-Remove this black batt. You can afford to slightly underpower your bots. -Change the wheels to Hypno's - way moar grip and more speed. See Infernal Contraption. You're wasting weight and electricity on 4WD if you use non grippy wheels. -Make it realistic.

Hydro, you're awesome.
EDIT: I agree with Scrap's post just after mine. We could possibly put n00b also.

I think we can't make unauthorized copies of a copyrighted program.
But nobody cares...
I """got""" Fraps Full Version too.

Ah! Ah!
With a 70kg hammer placed higher and a turnspeed of 7 (yes, 7!), he can beat ALL the DSL LW's!
Just need to rebuild the chassis, get Plastic 5, add something like moar external armor or stabilizers, and Match Box 2 WILL kick some serious butt in GUMBA!

ACAMS, most of the black people in America are here because of slave trade.
If I remember well, there are more Blacks in the southern states... old esclavagist states.
