Ant batts have three cylindrical elements; these things you can see have two rectangular elements.
Secondly, in no way that guy has DSL parts in that game : look at the damn components tab.

Well, not bad at all for a newcomer. Criticism you asked on El Bandito: - You should maybe add more frontal defense. - You may also consider rebuilding the chassis and making a smaller one. - Avoid pink batteries especially on a HW - Snowplows placed like that (behind the spinners) are pretty much useless. You should move them to protect your spinner motors, and for saving weight you should attach it on the Snappers holding your spinners, not on different snappers. - It's underpowered - adding a nifty would be nice. -6 irons on a HW HS is insufficient. Popup looks nice, although i would add side defense for warding off HS. Does it have Double strength aluminium armor?

OH NOES DOUBLE POST !!11!  Again, it's me KOing Pon2n with my personal Destroyer HPBL clone. 5mm titanium, 4 ant batts, 3 battlepacks, 5mm titanium, Magmotor drive. Can't be seen here, but it has Infcon's rear stabilizer - 80cm angled polycarbonate skirts.

Of course ironclads are better! So much better that the fight between the first real ironclads (Monitor and Merrimac) lasted hours because none of the two succeeded in destroying the other with their cannons.

Either you're being sarcastic, either... You're building in DSL since 6 damn months and you're asking me if this is a MW or a HW? Changed the weapon on the actual middleweight...  And it works now! At least, it CAN actually fight and i had some victories with that, and one epic defeat where Lock Nut KO'ed me with it's TRIBAR.

Wrong. No matter how many RA2 folders you have (I must have something like 10 including 6 junk ones that i can't delete), you can AI.
Could be the Bindings, or your bot files, or something... i don't know. Sometimes the game crashes when i play with a RAW bot, sometimes not when i play with the same RAW bot, same for HnM 3 that i AIed.

I'm not sure about the future popularity of these. I see plenty of flaws. ______ I'm definitely wanting to be at least decent at building vertical spinners - and here is my newest one  Devourer, my first Mako clone. Built pretty much quickly. 3mm plastic, Magmotor drive, 2 battlepacks, 3 ant batts. Extenders are all titanium. Well, it can actually put up a fight unlike my previous MWs, but it's unstable and has issues with the (titanium) axle wedges. Won't call that a good bot, but it's not crap either.

It's an ant! Anyways...  For some crappy reason I'm still not able to build a decent DOAM-style MW VS without axle wedges. But i SHOULD ! This one is better than the first showcased but still wobbles when i spin the weapon, whatever it is. Static titanium wedges, 1mm titanium, 5 ant batts. I bet that with a wider stance, a center of gravity moved forward and lower ground clearance it would be better. _________ EDIT: I'm actually working of a brand new (i think) type of wedge, involving simply hinge skirts.  It looks as efficient as an usual skirt hinge wedge (with actual skirts on it), maybe a little better, roughly the same weight, but it's INVULNERABLE. Like titanium half sheets fixed on your baseplate.

Quickman is pretty much decent and might annoy highly my SnS Cataclysm because very fast.
Gyroman 2 has absolutely no defenses. As Reier said, that thing is unstable, has a high center of gravity, plus a high weapon. Any good blow would make that fly, and leave the chassis for an exposure. And 1mm plastic...

ok here are the rules as i remember them.this will be a DSL 2.1 HW and LW tourny. each person will send one bot of each wight AI yourself. anyone can help you do this but i wont have the time ( that is why it took to long to start the last time around.) its a best 2 out of 3 setup in my own ,moded combat arena. you will not know i did to it untill after the tounry start. it wont be any HUGH change. NO MUTI BOTS im not dealing with that. REAL rules and you must use plastic 1mm, 3mm, or 5mm on both bots.the real rule is in effect. i will take all entries asap with the deadline in 2 weeks.
