Well, it is well built, but some things could be better:

-I am sure you can use a blue control board here and swap that battlepack for 3 ant batts.
-Also, i doubt about the efficiency of a axle wedge on a bot that fast, plus the two wedges are too far from each other => less wedgy.

damn, should I just say no ramplates or any weapons of any sort but flippers are aloud?

Maybe just... any bot, but with no damaging weapons (including ramplates)?

Just for more diversity = more fun, because if we have 10 pure pushers...

Ramplates have material = metal(.4) into their txt file, so basically you CAN make damage with them.

So the rule could be: you can build any tournament-legal bot you want (poker, pusher, flipper, popup, HS, VS, SnS (dumb)... but not crawlers, piston fliers, nasty pickles, glitch bots...), provided it doesn't have damaging components?

(If ACAMS doesn't ban me for being a democrat by then.)

He won't... both of you enjoy too much flaming the sh** out of each other.

YAY ! I'm in !

Anything in the extras - are ramplates (technically damaging components) allowed?
Also, nasty pickles, bumble balls, piston fliers, etc... are forbidden (Who would be dumb enough to use a crawler in a sumo contest also??)

EDIT: Caster armor would be pretty much pointless with no weapons.

EDIT2: By no weapons, you mean no active burst motors (flippers?)

You want to see if it's really good?

AI the bot (if it isn't done yet) and make it fight against the RAW bots plus the BBEANS champions.

I still gave it for free. But if you want a request then it'll be very simple : i would just like your modded combat arena with a flamethrower and spikes.

Did both of you got my PM ? And if anybody else wants it, just ask.

and off of hinges instead of a burst motor.

Wrong! Burst motor wedges are the best wedges in all DSL. Ever wondered why Critical Emergency, Smashbox 2 and Second Sentinel have great wedges?

Although i agree with you on the other points.

__________

Slipster, you're pretty good for a newcomer.

Still, i can say that:

UK Craby:
-Well built, although i would make that invertible by putting the NPC's vertically, and maybe swap these ramplates for a 30kg titanium sheet (flatter so easier to make invertible).

-These plastic skirts are going to be shredded easily when you consider the damage potential of several heavyweights.

-Maybe protecting these JX burst motors?

Boaty:

-Extremely underpowered. Ant batts are a good choice if you want your batteries to last, but you need something like 18 of them to power completely your bot, if you use these flippers. If you don't, it'll be 9.

-Again, strengthen these wedges.

-Hypno wheels are good, but NEVER EVER use Piglets for drive; these are weapon motors, horrible for driving.

-You can get a lighter extender work by using only multi-extenders rather than baseplate anchors, and all the 4 sorts of round extenders and maybe flipper parts (longer and tougher than a 20cm alu extender for the same weight).
