Hey Jonzu... Might want to line up your Wii stats thingy to the right. ACAMs will probably give you heck for having all that stuff lined up top to bottom.  :P

I was told to use multiextenders so I assumed always, but idk

and yeah, really decent for a new member

The main purpose to use multi extenders is to save weight.  In this case he needs an angle directly from the chassis that a multiextender cannot provide... and if you added a angle extender to a multi extender it would defeat the purpose of saving weight.

So, yeah, this is one of those rare instances when a multiextender really would not be useful.

I'm checking back every thirty seconds when I'm on here to see if they replied!!!!
I always do that!!!
Do you try to antagonise me????

Wow, i will give you props for knowing the word "antagonize" at your age.

However, yes... people are getting on your case because it seems like you are popping up all over the forum.  You are appx one month away from surpassing my post count and I have been here since GTM was born.  It wouldn't surprise me if you reach the top ten in "topic creation" next month as well.

We antagonize you because we want you to settle down and chill.  Tame you post quantity a bit.  Quit making new topics all over the place and just spend more time reading.

Think of it this way guys...

Sage only has 4 pms at this point...

If even two of them are from noobs the top five will be a complete joke (because, chances are, they don't really understand who the better builders are on forum.)

Please take a moment and make a quick list... it is worth it.

Pencil is free... easy to use... pretty versatile... and there are a ton of tutorials on youtube as to how to use it. Some amazing animations have been made with this program.

Holy crap im a noob. cant figure out how to get a freakin pic from the game on here

In the game press F11 to take a screenshot.
the screenshot will be saved in your screenshots folder within the RA2 folder.
Load the screenshot in your favorite paint program
crop it down to a friendly size, get rid of any excess space in the picture too.
Save it as a JPG or PNG.
go to the Gametechmods Website
click on Image host (to the left of the page)
Click Browse
Find the picture you saved (after cropping and all that crap)
Upload it
copy/paste the link information into your message here.

that's it. Do it now... if you succeed I will give you a prize.

Great videos, Can someone pleas tell what is JD's bot, I thought it was a flipper???? What are those black spinning discs, I've never seen those before at least.

Full breakdown of my bot is in my DSL showcase Mr. Viper.  It is essentially a very fat sumo wrestler. The chances of any parts breaking off are pretty slim.  I shot for some of the highest HP parts in the botlab to make it a pain in the ass to kill. https://gametechmods.com/forums/index.php/topic,1887.30.html

Epic body slam in fight one by Jack's bot.

Invertiblity for the win!

Welcome to the forum. We hope you stick around. I recommend to downgrade the front skirts to aluminum and bring the plastic armor down a notch so that you can have enough weight to add a hinge and a "tail" to the back of the bot. The tail can be a sheet of aluminum too if you want.  A lot of the builders that make Vertical Spinners seem to favor having skirts go in different directions (front/back, left/right etc) it makes the bot operate more stable.

I am sure there are other pointers to offer... I will leave those tips to some of the other builders.

Playing Wii can be very exhausting as well, but that doesn\'t make Wii gamers athletes.

Gah, Stupid RA2.

 http://filesmelt.com/dl/screenshot_1.bmp

Sparkey's challenge.

Also, One of the very few stock bots to be able to use FBS.py!

I propose the weight for these things is increased to 89.9 KG, and called a FL (Fleaweight)

I saw your challenge and made a SNS/Crawler under 80kg... If we had a tournament for these suckers it would be boring as all heck.

Great concept... we knew you would outdo Sparkey with ease.
