yeah i saw that, it has to be quite hight up so i can fit the scooter motor in. where do you get your hardox from? my friend has some 6mm that we use on the heavy, but i think that my be over kill.
You can sometimes find Hardox on EBay. I don't know about this beig true in the UK but also check surplus stores and industrial suppliers. Also there is no such thing as overkill in armor. Use the thickest stuff you can.

So a couple of questions/observations...
1. How fast does it go and hows the traction with those kind of wheels?
2. How do you plan to get under anything? I'm sorry but the wedge angle looks way to steep to really do much. If you have weight you could attach a thin piece of sheet metal maybe 1/16" Ti or 4130 to create a lip to aid in getting under stuff and pushing Typically the optimum angle for a wedge is >45o.
3. It does look like something out of RW and now that I think about it, it looks like Total Anarchy 2.5.

Could have lighter stabiliser work if you ask me, and that drive seems weird, doesn't it drive weirdly because of it?
It drives fine. I actually had extra weight so that's where the motor gaurd came from, that and a 400 HP motor like that is a sitting duck otherwise. Also, probably too slow.
I don't think I've ever seen a LW VS with anything above astros for drive. :P
