I started this LW building frenzy just to come up with a killer for BBEANS6., but ended up with 4 bots... and my DSL got deleted.

For the bot file, you export your bot, you pick off the bot file in Robot Designs, you compress it into a .RAR, upload it in the Gametechmods file uploader and send the link to me.
Quote from: Doomkiller;34292 because when i took of the razors it did less damage thats how That is theorically impossible. In NO WAY a weapon like razors can do damage and be shielded from damage by another component at the same time. 22484

Can't wait to see your next bot just to see how badly i can rape it in next tourney.

Because he obviously wanted to protect these wheels, and actually i bet that even with 5mm titanium making a bigger chassis which englobes wheels would be lighter and more efficient that a NOS-BOT type wheel guard.
@Doomkiller: Test the bot with wheel guards and without wheel guards, and if it keeps losing wheels without wheel guards then you can use wheel guards. You can also use a multi extender and a 40cm steel sheet. 22486

Because i was short on weight and i had no real need to protect the wheels... tell me of ONE juggler with wheel guards.
Different thing on Skimrmish, where i had to protect the wheels for the KotH version. 22487

"I would rather lose a wheel than lose a bunch of health"
With that sort of nonsense Hazcon would have NEVER won BBEANS4. These are not your beloved horizontal spinners Sage ! 22489

@FC: Exactly.
@Ianh: You might remember the Fury/Death Warrant team... they always made me laugh ! @S32: Did you even AIed both of your bots and fought with them as that ? 22490

In now way Redline nor Wham can won. Both will get destroyed by the first decent HS encountered...

So the stats...
19 horizontal spinners including 3 pure ones and 5 poorly built. 2 face spinners, both good 11 rammers and rammer hybrids (not counting Baby Warrior because it's a piece of sh**), including at least 4 which suck 2 jugglers both good 11 popups (not counting Tsunami again) all decent or better 1 GHEEEEYYYY CRAWLER 6 vertical spinners, 2 which suck and 2 good. 2 hammers (1 sucks and the second is poor) 4 pokers (2 good and 1 sucks) I just don't want to fall quickly on a HS - i could even break my razors on a rammer. Don't know why Click did put my bot on 5 possible finalists... and can't wait for the brackets ! 22494

I'm really average when building drums, but stil some general advice:
- Putting you wheels inside your chassis will make them nearly impossible to knock off and is much better than using these really heavy spiked wheel guards. - 5mm titanium is one of the best armors you have and a good choice for a HW. -There are better wheel choices out there. I suggest tornado's. More grip,; and a faster bot. - Battery setup is overkill. You'd be enough with 8 ant batteries. Lighter, well powered, less space used, and finally your batteries will last longer. -Build to the weight limit. ALWAYS. Definitely invest much more weight into your weapon. -Wedges could be a good idea. -Also browse the other showcases. Get ideas and techniques there, and it's fine (i'll even recommend it) to copy other good bots when you're in the learning phase: then when you'll be a good DSL bot builder (see me, Inf, R0B0, MikeNCR, Urjak & Reier) you can go with your own style. 22496

You don't need more than 5-6 ants on this.
Also 1mm plastic = definitely do not want. 22497

Use the hidden (side) attachment points of each weapon snapper to attach drive and snowplows, and you'll save 2 snappers.
