Well, now that you can build good pokers and rammers, you can further expand your bot building skills by trying another thing.

Well it's probably five times better than the first one. A little more battery power would be good though.

Actually it would benefit the pack more if you send a team... because i'm going to rebuild every AI bot. However on teams, these are you guys' and i won't make them all.
But do as you wish. 22224

You could still rebuild a stock DSL bot for me... but i'll expect a chassis rebuild then, and something better than the original..
Updated the first post. 22225

I really don't know what to enter, and not to be generic...
Expect a bot from me. Edit: We're just five entrants, MetallikVyper. Do you plan on starting your tournament like that? 22228

Especially when people do clone designs because they're too lazy to be creative and come with something uncommon/unusual/original...

Popup.py.
Just like Omni, but the smartzone must touch the chassis (not the component) to make the weapons fire. 22230

Pretty sure it's the ramplate. However you can stick titanium halfsheets to your bot's baseplate (you need to find the right attachment point) to protect you against gut rippers.

Well you are getting better.
Remove that red battery, the bot is already overpowered, and you should know that long 30kg ramplates really suck in DSL 2.1, because of a scripting error they're something like more than 3 times weaker than 20kg (original) ones for 1,5 times the weight. 22234
Stock Showcases / Alterer's Showcase« on: May 12, 2009, 01:56:30 PM »
This is not a popup... but a hammer with a wedged body, and these suck at fighting because the hammers are so easy to stop/rip off.
I've seen much worse however. Double the drive train, make the chassis shorter, just keep 3 blacks, and make that weapon setup the one of a popup - there are PLENTY of examples on the Stock showcases. 22235

Because Stock parts are unbalanced compared to DSL.
The Stock weapons suck compared to the DSL ones, however the DSL motors are much heavier (compare the power of a HPZ and the one of a Magmotor for the same weight...) and the Supervolt is MUCH BETTER than any battery you can find in DSL. Also im pretty sure Stock pistons are better than DSL ones. 22236

Guess a pic will help you more...
Also your drive would be decent on a LW, but is slow as ![]() Check the DSL basic tips on my sig. 22239

Yes, the multi extenders, black with vertical red stripes. One of my favorite components in DSL.
Quote from: System32;38507 8KG. Nope it's 9kg, i just checked. 22240

For the third time, keep your extender work light... especially when you can directly attach the servo piston to a multi-extender coming out from the chassis, saving..is it 9kg ?
