I won't help you to use cheat parts.
However you can get DSL-TC (in my signature)... there are tank tracks, as well as Nightmare, and belt drive motors. 22085

You can eFFe something only it's on a moving part (spin motor, piston, burst motor).
Put your component like if you wanted to attach it but do NOT click. Instead spin the motor/fire the burst or piston and your part will not move but the point where it is supposed to attach (aka attachment point), yes. Then click to attach the thing in empty space. It will still use the attachment point but both will be separated. 22088

I've done the thing in 7 secs with my LW rammer Torment 2.1, i think i can do 5 but the thing is hard to control.

45-70 Magnum over SurgicalStrike because Magnum's wedges have more reach. If Magnum wins however, yawn fest alert. R4 over Hellbringer because of the wedge and speed difference. R4 will get easily under Hellbringer and dismantle him. Copyright Infringement over No Hype 5 because it will probably take a lot of flips for No Hype to get CI OOTA, if it can. And by that time No Hype 5 will be heavily damaged. Bounty Hunter over Cocytus IV because Bounty Hunter has speed for it, and Scrap did said that one of the wedges is AGOD. Seism 13 over The Emancipator because Seism 13 is doing awesome now and he won't be stopped by a VS. Speed and longer wedges will help, and maybe the actuated wedge... Absolutely no idea for my match. Shadow Tyrant over the black plague because a well armored and fast enough popup can get under a complex HS with failed weapon heads like that. Losers bracket... Dark July over Blood Shed because of more weapons and no normals. Most boring match of BBEANS5 yet and ending by WBP's for DJ. Anti-Christ over The Fang brothers... obviously. Generic Ram over Shock Therapy because of more weapons. Another yawn fest. Mace in da face over 'Eavy Metal Boi because Venko out-weapons his opponent. Acupuncture over Red Radar because ice picks fail on VS when placed that way. Also Acupuncture is just better built and it has a longer wedge, means it will get under the VS. Second round... Vela over Triple Play... that is obvious. Spearhead over Black Cat Magic... Black Cat Magic is too weak and slow to get under Spearhead and gut-rip it. Probably a Mutant Dragonfly 3 VS FarCry match. Oscillation Overthruster over grinnin face... one average HW HS and a near middleweight HS. What else? gears your lever over Gut Ripper 2 because of more total weapon hitpoints, plus complex spinner wiring fail. Iron placement on GyL is a fail too though. Trojan Horse over Sandstorm because oh the wedge difference. ...and i'm lazy to finish them. 22093

You might want to use, say, 4 battlepacks and 2 ants because battlepacks are better if you want more amp output and ant batts are much better if you want your batteries to last longer. Also 30kg burst weapons need a Mag Snapper IMO. 22097
