@Craig: Would you just shut up? @LRA2: Both of your weapons won't be efficient because saws suck in Stock RA2, as well as spin motor powered hammers. You need to get DSL if you want to make both of these efficient. Do you really think that this replica has working Mecanum (or whatever it is spelled) wheels ?
Mecanum wheels can be implemented in RA2 but it's MUCH more complex.
Also Pwn, just get some smaller drive motors and you could fit the Perm 80 inside.

Generic SnS, but not bad.
Get aluminium extenders... put the NPC's flat on the round and use Vlad wheels. They are better than Tornado's (excepted for size) for 2kg less.
And Berserker sucks notably because of 1mm Al armor (but you can give it 1mm Ti), also Ninja Assassin and Grim Chopper aren't much of a threat.
