go for invertibility - this is a lot easier if you use a t-connector and possibly the other snapper orientation

Stock Showcases / Re: Silverfish's Stock Showcase« on: August 20, 2016, 09:25:53 PM »I feel like 2 blue snappers are super wasteful for a bot this tight on weight allowances. And you have weight for another razor as-is.b-but muh symmetry i agree with what has been mentioned - go for a black+purple at the least and you can probably do 1 blue snapper. i also recommend a wider chassis wedge 227

I like what you have so far, you've used up the weight limit and made perfect component choices. First thing to suggest is moving your wheels to the very back of the bot, which should help with the ramp problem and allow you to get rid of the blue snapper. The chassis wedge should also be twice as shallow as it is now in order to help against horizontal spinners. Lastly I would make the flipping wedges longer, it's harder to get those big flips with a short wedge.

I sexually identify as a steel beam. Ever since 9/11 I dreamed of getting drawn closer and closer to my melting point by jet fuel under the Twin Tower letting them drop on disgusting foreigners. People say to me that a person being a steel beam is impossible and I’m ****ing retarded but I don’t care, I’m beautiful. I’m having a plastic surgeon install steel beams and jet fuel on my body. From now on I want you guys to call me “Steel Beam” and respect my right to not melt by jet fuel and kill needlessly. If you can’t accept me you’re a steeliphobe and need to check your metallic privilege. Thank you for being so understanding.

this sounds like a great idea yugi, everything seems really well thought-out and i have no doubts trov will like it too. for establishing authenticity, maybe winners can get a ribbon icon beside their username instead, if some people want to keep their veteran or moderator forum ranks (unless you mean for them to be displayed side-by-side). one thing i really like about bbeans is that the results are fully archived on the beetlebros website and builders really get to make their mark in history. maybe we could have a list of top finishes and award winners archived like that - if not on a privately hosted website, then on the gtm or ra2 wiki homepage
personally i don't feel like i spend enough time on ra2 to want to learn a new mod for this, but that could change when i see just how many other people enter 231

is it...red herring
i would personally like to see more hammer and less rammer, like replacing the weapon rack with two snowplows and upgrading to ddts with more weapons 232

i like the juggler, you can probably shorten the wedges and move the brackets up+wider+back. i also don't think full maces on the disc faces are the best, they would be doing more balancing than grinding

I'd like to see the insides to see where it got all that power to flip, guess that you had like 2 or 3 batteries in it.I just dug it up from my Robot Designs - the file was created Aug. 2012 so I suspect that I would have showcased it, but here it is anyway: 237

just got here, these are going up fast
whoops, i really was trying to add some variety to the entries by submitting a popup. i thought most entries would be hs or sns - sure the arena has low walls but those bots should still do the best in rumbles 238
Tournament Archives / Re: Revolution - Discussion« on: August 02, 2016, 08:28:48 PM »lel (good thing i stopped him from winning by using the next cheapest bot type)Was Cheap Norris specifically designed to avoid tournament rules lol?yes it was designed for my tournament tusslers 2 since a crawler beat the sh!t out of everything in tusslers 1 and it was in the combat arena so i banned them for tusslers 2 stock lightweight sounds nice and easy, i might build something 239
