When reading the thread name I thought of...

"I've got
I've got something to say
It seems I lost my way
I flew too high and burnt my wings
But I'm okay..."

Sorry for finding this thread so late, but I wanted to say I'm fine.

About the tsunami alert, Santiago (the capital, where I live) was affected only by the earthquake, while Bio Bio and Maule regions (Yes, like Mauler) were hit by the tsunami. There were a few others I believe, and nothing happened to me or my family.
My dad lives in a 15th floor and still got out unscathed.

Around the first week of December a show is held called Teleton, in which brands, rich people, other countries and even us all donate money to help the discapacitated people. That has been done for many years.
Turns out right now they're doing it again, but today, so that we help the people affected by the earthquake and tsunami, which as I heard was 900 times stronger than the one at Haiti.

Today was the last day of a swimming class, which would last 5 hours longer than the other days, and I got burned by the sun (It hurts, nasty UV things) and basically that's all the damage I've received since the quake.

Well I posted here mainly to let you all know I'm alive and just got burned a bit. :gawe:

(holy crap why did I know that :O)
O_o I thought the same thing

Actually, googleing both spellings of it work, maybe I should take a look at the results..
Tried again and you're right :O Gotta rename it then.

If anyone doesn't know about the Loxosceles Laeta (I don't think so), http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chilean_recluse.
In Chile we call it Araña de Rincón, which is like "Spider from the corners".
Because they always hide there.

Well, there was an earthquake yesterday here in Chile.

I went sleep around 1:00 AM, the magnitude 8.8 earthquake (if I said it right) started at 3:30 AM some minutes after a short circuit happened on the whole country, and as I didn't wake up my sister Valeska was screaming my name on a safe zone with my other sister Karen so I could go with them.
It lasted around 3 minutes and a few minutes after, mom came back from the house of a friend saying she only wanted to see us all and then everything was calm.
All the photo frames (Is that right?) broke while everything else was safe.

I fell asleep at 6:30 AM (duh) and woke up really late XD the TV was turned on and I found out it was a disaster for the country while at my house it seemed like nothing too big had happened.
We called everyone and got called by everyone as soon as communication was restored (everything had shut down) and now I'm telling you about this.

You should be watching the Chilean TV right now.

About stacking the blacks he was right too.
Oh and I missed this:
oh, I thought they were chained AND overlapped ;)
I was sure this couldn't be done. Well it doesn't matter now.

I know chaining motors for drive doesn't work. And wedges on anchors either.

Now @ Scrap Daddy: Actually, about the drive I noticed the bot is prone to turn right.
I didn't think of the weight on snapper thing.. I just put the weapons on it "automatically" :P
I also thought of rebuilding it.. will do tommorrow maybe. Also if I want to upgrade the snappers I will have to rebuild anyways.

I tried to do the thing with the snapper inside the battery but it's so wobbly it won't get under anything easily XD

Offtopic: Oh no.. lunch at time for Pagoda.. I will fail once again..

It's not as effective. Well that's something, at least.

Wait.. snapper inside a black? Is that possible?

did you stack the blacks?
Oh, no! I forgot! XD
Well, tried but failed and got tired and made the weapons instead.

I don't know how do I put a wedge, no kind of snapper will fit :p

The wheels are overlapping the hpz's next to them, there's no chaining.

I liked how the skin turned out as well ;P
It's actually the Scratched Metal texture tinted Lime.

I wanted to do something new, so I tried to build a popup.
Not good. It does decent damage but it has some space left, it's terribly underweight and has no wedges...
I just couldn't figure out how to fix all that.
But here it is:

Relativity is nice, i do agree... but hell, string theory is entirely theorical and not even proved...
Look at the bold letters.

Glad you liked it ;)
Well I did a few changes. Sage is right, so now the weapon motors are a bit closer to the chassis and let the tribars have more razors.
You could be nicer Badnik :P it's not underweight anymore. It was close to go overweight >_<
I might be trying the chassis thing, but now I'm too lazy to rebuild it. I'll try in a while.
By the way the weapon still spins inwards. I won some in-game tourneys and a golden sawblade with the update ^_^

Will post pictures soon.

I have just built this piece of awesomeness  (At least for me).
Everything in this bot is mounted on the Snapper II, except for the CB and the batt. And still, I stacked the CB on the Snapper.
It's invertible and the weapons spin inwards on the front scrapping anything wedgy or with an unprotected front, chops off some of the weapons on pokers and rammers, etc etc etc I love this robot, as much as my Worse Than A Tsunami

I stood there for about 5 minutes thinking of a name but looking at the design only brought up names like Malestrom or Tempus Fugit, so I want to ask someone else for that
