I turn my gamma down low to make horror games scarier (The F.E.A.R series will never be scary no matter how far you turn the gamma down, sweet gore though).Doom 3 becomes pitch black without the torch/in a no light area.

					Doom....oh wait...Alone In The Dark...oh..
 Postal...oh f**k no...
 Silent Hill...oh...
 House of the Dead..oh...
 Mortal Kombat...
 Far Cry....
 BloodRayne...
My point is that movies of games are TERRIBLE, why would you want to disgrace the theatres of the world with another one? Also stay away from Uwe Boll's craptastic directing,he has made seven movies of games.

Being a Metacritic, I was able to attend a preview showing with my dad. The movie was definitely better than the 4th and 3rd movies. There were some holes that need to be filled with the 6th and 7th movies, but whatever. I still closed my eyes during all the deaths. XP
I still think the 1st was better than the 2nd, but that's just me. :P

 Refer back to Scorpions post...

What the Another strange thing is that their bassist looks like Alan Rickman. is with that guys chest, looks like its going to explode in a pulpy mess.

Bolt Thrower does the cover better.

Ah, that sounds cool. I normally put Gain, Bass and Treble up to max with no Middle, which gives me a sound similar to QOTSA, or the opening riff of Rush's Driven. I'll try those settings when I get back home and see what they're like.Okay. It would be preferred if you can do it in standard tuning (EADGBE) with your amp settings like dis;I suppose I'd take rhythm. I'm not brilliant at lead parts, I still don't know techniques like sweep picking.I suppose I could have a stab at a guitar part. It wouldn't necessarily be particularly great quality, though, what sort of riff would I be doing?A fairly fast thrash-style riff would be ideal; in terms of playing, something fairly technical (sort of like the above) should do nicely. Do you want any particular parts like rhythm or lead?

 Gain: 9
 Treble: 7
 Middle: 5
 Bass: 10

...thus giving you a scooped thrash tone. I'll give you volume settings once Sage is done with drums.
If you need any other details, just PM. If you could record your part and then package it in a RAR file, then post here, that would be great.
However, you'll need to wait a bit because Sage doing his drum parts first, which you can then play to (if you just use the MP4 file and put it onto an iPod then you won't hear it in the track).

Also good for the distortion parts in the Metallica's The Day That Never Comes
