uhhh google animated gif maker or something. I know there's a free one out there somewhere.
I already tried them all I used to use photoshop Image Ready (I think) but forgot how. or you can send me the frames and I wil put it together 
Can you do that for me since I am kinda in a hurry. I will learn how to do it again soon. Can I pm you the files? Do you want the gif, of the png?

Mr TEST has asked me to tell you that your sigs can now be longer than 14 lines, but images will remain at 200px......UNFORTUNATLLY, only 200px of your sig will show without using the scroll bar!
It will be 28 lines as soon as we are finished.

Rules
- Weightclass is Middleweights (Max. 399 kg)
- Stock Building (cheatbot2 components are forbidden but AI parts are allowed)
- Realistic Rule
- Multibots are forbidden.
- Brackets will be randomized (names drawn from a hat) and always 1 vs 1
- Arena will be RA2#Tourney Arena with Hazards on
- Matches will be 3 minutes
- There is no Losers's bracket
- All building must done in the botlab (No AAM, BFE, etc.)
- All Glitches and stacking are forbidden.
- Tournament will start when I will have 32 Entries.
- Nobody can be entered until a bot is received and accepted
- You can't change or update your entry
- If Bot havoks, Only 1 Battle Restart and if it havoks again, it will be DQ'd
- Robots Must Show Controlled Movement.
-I will do the AIng, but you can send bindings if you want
