Micros generally aren't a good wheel choice. Minis give you better grip for the weight, and if you rotate the Tite Sheet sideways, there's less of a chance the opponent will get to them. That'll give you the weight required for a Metal Hinge. Also, I'd rotate the razors to have the blade facing forwards, to give slightly better protection to the vulnerable extenders when they're extended.

Evidently not. I can see their point, though, but each to their own and so forth.

Ah, I see. Hopefully everything's sorted out. =) What about the 500 Internal Server Error when I was trying to send stuff earlier, was that the same thing? EDIT: I spy Starcore on the Active Users list. It's great to see names like him still dropping by every now and again.

I think you might want a spinner that isn't angled next time. So that when it hits something it doesn't have as much of chance to catapult itself up into the air like that. Still, it was good to watch. =P

Was down here too. Not sure what it was all about. Maybe that update might solve things like that.

Sounds like it's moving along pretty well. What's happening to the rejected bot?

Pretty good for a first bot, I'll agree. What I might do is try to get the chassis height lower, you need it five "clicks" tall, on the slider where you set the height, for an HPZ to fit. You need a steady hand and a good eye to get it right. That should save you quite a bit of weight, which you could use on frontal defense such as ramplates or casters. You can raise casters to have them sticking out of the front corners, and because they're attached to the baseplate, they're invincible. Take a look at PitA 8 on the RA2Wiki for a good example of Caster Armour, though I don't think you need as much as PitA 8 has.

Hey there, Scorps. =) What've you been up to?
Enigma's story is also depressing, the fact that people can jump to absurd and ridiculous conclusions such as that. I'm not coming to visit any time soon, you can be sure of that.

Looks fantastic. Why the extenders going across the front?

Not that I can remember. I can distinctly remember last night's dream involving a portal on the ground, with a golden ring around it, and a purple lid with the number 12 in gold blocking it off, and a rug being held down by a "weight", a kettle and a toaster. Lucid Dreams sound like fun, though. Is there any way to induce them manually, or do they just come along when they feel like it?

...so...
People think my bot's cheap?
I would place it into the "weapon spam" category, personally. It could be built IRL easily, but it would be in no way as effective as it is in RA2. Force would be divided by the area, not multiplied. Just another example of how RA2 beats the laws of physics into submission.

No, I think he's questioning your relationship with cats. Much like the following video. It's all a bit of fun, though. It's similar to what myself and GF93 seem to do, a bit of humorous trash-talking, some friendly banter, before he gets knocked out in the second round.

Sounds like a good tournament overall. Shame about Moros tearing itself up again. One gold, one silver seems like a good haul, though. Well done.

I still don't understand why people, and particularly Americans with this one, give a damn about what people think about their country. It's not as if you can select which country you were born in, it's just some arbitrary geographical chance. You can't really say "MOTHER. AIM YOUR LEGS AT TEXAS.", or something of a similar nature.
because murica is best country.
23rd best. And the soon-to-be-defunct UK is four places ahead. So there. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_inequality-adjusted_HDI

They have twice the HP, if I remember rightly, and are only a kilogram heavier than razors, if you do have to sacrifice having no normals for it. I suppose it'll only be hitting the top of bots, though.
