I don't get the Bobcat versus Wheelchair, is the wheelchair electrified or run on electricity and which would be the house bot and which would be the competitor?
I thought I said "electric wheelchair?" I'll give it a check when I get the moment. When I said "Bobcat" I meant the c onstruction equipment, not the animal. This is helpful, I should probably change it to "a bulldozer" or something if the Bobcat-brand isn't as recognizable as I thought.

So, I took it into my own hands to write an the "Top 7 Most One Sided Robot Wars Fights" I tried to copy RFS' style of writing; being sarcastic, mean, and incisive whilst still captivating an audience is harder than I thought (the first draft had a joke about Aspergers, I think I was wise to not go that far). All I have so far is the intro. I'd love it if some of you guys you read it and tell me what you think https://docs.google.com/document/d/1fHhT1_OciPYUlt5-ciwF2Zw5pkj9N-5cEl5Z8POjyPM/edit

I think my Dynamics teacher is a little bit odd. Here is a question from today's lesson.
"If a small girl is hit by a car at 40mph, she has a 20% chance of survival. If the same girl is hit by the same car at 30mph, she has an 80% chance of survival.
What are her chances of survival if she is hit by Usain Bolt?"
Because Usain Bolt weighs as much as a car. But more to the point, yes your dynamics teacher is a little bit odd.

King B Powerworks. I chose not to use the superflat so that the saw would fit properly:

You're actually going through with it? I can give you some suggestions if it would make your life easier.
If there are folks here who know volumes about RW I'd be more than happy to check out specific fights if they're available to watch somewhere. Otherwise I'd be entering the article knowing almost nothing.
Do I ever! Right now I would say I'm like Fluttershy during the "Find a Pet" song, except that reference would be lost on you. It actually probably will work btter for you, not knowing every little facet about the robots like I do. Hypno-Disc vs Robogeddon - big spinner vs flimsy armor Razer vs Widow's revenge - A fight between the men and their "wives" (take that with the same grain of salt you take the drama on WWE.) The armor looks to be held together with glue, they forgot to put an insulator between the casing and the electronics. Wheely Big Cheese vs Axe Awe - Axe Awe is totally unequipped to fight WBC, its axe was not designed to pierce titanium, and its flipper won't flip such a long-bodied shape. Storm 2 vs The Steel Avenger - Steel Avenger has a pretty useless weapon. The arena is big and has very few hazards, making it very conducive to rammers Fluffy vs 259 - A tantamount example of why people say that HS beats VS sure as paper covers rock. Skip to 1:59 S3 vs Plunderbird 5 - Plunderbird was boned right from the start, its co2 canister exploded a few seconds in, and it looked like it was dragging shrapnel underneath. Things get worse from there. Skip to 4:14 Thermidor vs Napalm: Napalm is a machine from 2 years prior, painted black in hopes that it looks like an entirely new robot. The frame shuddered when the captain slapped it, which should give you a sense of its durability. Perhaps the most pathetic attempt at a weapon ever. Skip to 6:51 Frenzy vs Detonator: Like Team Infernolab, Team Napalm couldn't stop at just one crappy machine. This is a special UK vs US episode, and after the Americans go 0-for-3, Detonator is brought in to ensure that one American gets past Round 1. It has no weapons and its motor is gas-powered. Skip to 8:53 Something from the Dutch Wars; even without subtitles it's easy to see what's going on. PulverizeR vs √3. Two tiny flippers and a wedge vs a robot that's impossible to flip. They can't do anything but run, it's reminiscent of "The Most Dangerous Game"

That seems like a bad idea, to use it directly on your cat.

Sony Vegas Trial Version is pretty good, I don't know what its limitations are but I used it to make a 10 minute, something-large-kb video with no trouble. It seems to have all the essential features.

I can only do it without the saw, because I need to use the superflat chassis.

I have thought about it but I have no idea how to do the shape

There's this, which isn't exactly compact, but is certainly complete.: http://robotwars.wikia.com/wiki/Forum:Playlists I might do it myself, except I don't really have the same harsh and merciless style of humor as you.

Nice, I like it. You should do one for RW too.

Here's a better one, Ming 2. The spikes and flipper actually work. Some of it is hampered by the lack of clear panels but I like it overall

Sure, I never quite figured out how to do the lifting nose cone so I might leave that off.

Double Trouble, the real shape was impossible to do, and I don't know how to do spraypaint effects, but the discs came out good, so I'm happy about that.

I wrote an MLP fic once. My goal was to make this big overarching soap opera, while being witty like Arrested Development, and eventually throw an OC into the mix. I finished hte first chapter and then realized I had no idea where I was going with it. I was also hampered by the fact that I can't write emotional dialogue very well.

So I've been not eating vegetables for the past week in prep for a surgery. I'm surprised how much I miss them.
Also, I've had about 1500 calories over the course on the last 2 days. Feel surprisingly fine.
