If you read what I wrote maybe you would know what this is. The combat arena without hazards that shows up first on the list of arenas so there is no need to go into the arena tab.

Here's an edit for the combat zone ive had for a while. I have no idea where I got it from (probably Mad or Sage) but it's really useful and I thought you guys might like it. Basically what it is is the combat zone with the hazards off. It is also the first arena so you never even have to touch the arena tab when going into a fight again. https://gametechmods.com/uploads/files/A_Practice_Combat_Arena.rar Just put that in the arenas folder and you are goood.
