My robots aren't good but you're robots have potential.
Thanks, and your bots aren't bad :P Warning.Dont use BFE if its a SERIOUS bot,for a tournament as well as,well,anything really,its gonna be DQ from tornaments,and frowned on.
He doesn't use BFE, and i wouldn't enter my bots that do. The Dreaded Shredder, eh? Tonight, he dines on Turtle Soup.

I have been working on my bots and improving, and i've learned about all kinds of stuff like stacking, eFFe glitching, BFE, and making compact chassis. I got StarcoreV3 and my bot could own The Ultimate Spammer, in like no time. (couldn't get pictures though, because my mods still aren't working) Here he is, The Dreaded Shredder! insides.png) He has 2 stacked blue snappers on each side and each one has a DDT. Great armor in front with 1 ramplate and 2 razors. 2 snapper 2s with razors attacking upward. 3 Supervolts. 790.6 KG's  outsides.png) Yeah no paint job but i will paint him soon. here are some battleshots. 2.png)  I did get some pictures of him going against Emergency with my sister's computer, though. i'll post some pics of him going against some Starcore bots, when it's working again. Hi J, those batteries don't even really do much, i threw in the nifty and the small battery pack to fill up the weight and the space --do you think it's a bad way to do it?
If you make the chassis a lot smaller(Its so tall, yo), and maybe re-arranged the insides a bit and use maybe 1 to 2 Snappers in order to have things hovering over eachother, you could save a lot of weight and maybe fit more weapons and stuff on.
...Also, Fatboys tend to be a little exposed and eat up a lot of weight.
Yeah i made it so big because i thought it looked cool bigger. but that was back then when i was going for cool, but now i know that you try to make good bot that looks cool too. that bot did have a lot of wasted weight that could have been done way better. lol.....those are N-12s but i use shinnies and grannies as much as i can. These are definitely very promising designs ! You truly do have a lot of potential.
Watching this showcase, it might become one of the best in a few weeks.

Not really true. I think what Mr. Freez means is you should focus on just one weapon system for your bots while you are learning. Once you are proficient with that you can start building multi-weapon system bots. There are plenty of decent bots that use multiple weapon systems, but you should learn more before doing that.
You are learning though! It will take time and lots of critical feedback, but you will do just fine.
Yeah mabey the pistons were a little unnecessary but I'm gonna make a update of that bot and put like 3 HPZ-teks spinners.

Ah, I know this problem. The only way to get rid of it is to change the graphics card (trust me; I tried extracting it in vain, completely un-installing it in the process, so it's not the game). What graphics card do you run?
I have NVIDIA GeForce 6200 LE. but i haven't changed anything, and why would it mess up out of nowhere?

Then it's a Windows update that messed up your game. If you use system restore to go to a point before the update was installed your game should work.
But my system restore is off...  and my updates are set to not automatically download or install.

Oh, i forgot to say that all of my AI packs are doing it, not just stock. Like DSL2.1, Starcore3, BBeans, etc.

@Sonny_Resetti: i tried using another mouse, it did the same thing.
@Squirrel_Monkey: i can't really reinstall them because they're zips, should i just delete them and download them again? And no, i haven't changed anything on my computer that i can think of.

I got it from Sages signature, I havent modded it.
It was working fine, but just started doing it a couple of days ago.
Edit-- squirrel_monkey, no i havent tried reinstalling yet. But thanks i will try that. I havent changed anything recently.
Edit-- Hi Sonny_Resetti, I do have another mouse, I will try that too, but it's weird, it works everywhere else.

Hi. I was wondering if someone could help me out.
I started having a problem in robot arena, when I reach the main menu the mouse only works horizontally. It's weird, I can move my mouse around until it reaches the main menu and then it only moves in a horizontal direction. My computer only does this only when in robot arena.
Has any one else had this problem or have an idea what is wrong??

Thanks everybody for all of the tips. i watched your videos sage thank you, they were very helpful. i finished my update and here he is! i just couldn't fit 3 ddt's in the robot. I also used the advice you all gave me and made some changes to the rest of my bots.  oh yeah hes now a middle weight that's cool.339.2 thanks Sage i will try that. i got it to work with an other robot that I'm working on. also can i post more bots in this thread? oh cool thanks Jack Daniels i wasn't sure.
