Whats the point of using the shell panels when you only have 1 weapon on each panel? To me it would make more sense just to use the dual Ztek instead of a quad and attach the weapons to the discs (You could probably upgrade them to dark discs then)

GUYS GUYS GUYS I JUST NOTICED SOMETHING!!! In Razorback vs Ice wave Razorback was moving around until it propped up by Ice wave which then stopped moving and you can clearly see Razorback's wheels moving while up in the air while Ice Wave wasn't moving/catching on fire.

I'd be looking at ways to shave off a few kg's to increase your reach. For one, could you replace the emergency flippers (as nifty as they look) with something lighter?
E wedges are 14kgs so good luck finding something lighter.
Small wedges? That's an extra 40cm on each side (Though I suspect each hammer needs more than 40cm more reach)
He could just remove some casters, small wedges are too small for any type of protection and if possible he should try to get something other than E-wedges because IIRC they have crap HP.

What's up with the random beater bar on the extender?
But yeah potter's wheels are poop for damage, I would just drop it to 2wd with NPCF + techno and use 3 Perm 80s for more weapons but Perm 80s have terrible HP which wouldn't help the durability at all.

Nah snappers work fine for VS if you use them right. You could probably just use 1 blue snapper to mount all the weapon motors if you put one in the middle. I would personally just use 3 irons per tribar because then you don't have fragile weapons (razors) and because you don't have super weak extenders holding the weapons. Right now you could just use a nifty along with the black to save more weight. With the weight saved you can add something to increase of the stability of the bot.
